The app looses your order if you try to use rewards
The app has been this way since the last update. I reinstalled the app and it worked once then began having the same problem. The app also will not let you delete an expired credit card nor add a new credit card and make it the default one.Gwsrun
Crashes when using rewards
The app is fine until I want to use a reward. Every time I try to sweat my reward the app closes and I have to restart. I end up just having to order at the restaurant. Very frustrating and time consuming. I’ve even redownload the app and it still does it.rustydart

Every time I try to use my rewards at checkout the app crashes and I can never use them. It used to work and I’d give you 5 stars but I can’t because of this issue

Fake rewards
Love Salsarita’s in general but this app is something else. Tried on multiple phones and every time I try to claim any points before placing order it force closes the app. Still does it after checking for app and phone updates. Not sure what the point is if a rewards/point system if you can’t use them… I guess maybe just to say that they have rewards?Show lesscajennings88

Reward not rewarding
A reward was on my account for free and guac or another dip. However, when I tried to select it along with my mail, it said it’s not ballot and I tried to pull it up and I could not see the complete disclaimer on the reward at the time of purchase. I only got my chips because I thought I was gonna be able to have some dip instead I was disappointed.Show lessSHECarolina
Can’t log in
It would be nice if your app would actually let people sign in… i’ve tried every possible version of my password and it will not let me sign it. I tried making a new account and I can’t because my email already is attached to an account. I tried sending password so I could reset it. Sometimes works, rewards never do
Can never get the rewards to work. App crashes quite a bit. When I do order I still wait in the store for 20-30 minutes in my order. Generally quite useless.Thefarside79
App Review
I feel that the app needs to be updated. First, it charges you extra for guac on tacos when they do not do that in the store. Also, there is no option to purchase the small cup of queso or guac on the side (2oz cups I think) like you can in the store. Also, in the drink section there is no place to choose 1/2 & 1/2 tea which the most recently updated apps now have. These are all ways the app could be improved. ThanksShow lessslingshot
Rarely works
Awful application that rarely (if ever) works. The recent orders feature is useless because every time I go to re-order something it is unavailable or otherwise broken for some reason. This means I have to tediously go through and remember all the order options again. Even then, I will get random errors like “access denied” when trying to add something to cart or check out. I just have to give up. Overall an awful experience and makes me hesitate to order from Salsaritas even though their food is always good.Show lessOkibi2112
