Cannot reset password
I have tried within the app and online to reset my password and I have still not received the reset password email after two days of trying multiple times. I will come back and revise my review if this ever gets fixed!audiodane
Works but not great
Harder than expected to use and order food. Took a long time to order three things. I guess if you use it all the tine, the flow and all the scrolling up and down might make more sense.
Offers guest ordering but then forces you to log in to complete the order. Submit buttons are frequently hidden by the keyboard. Disappointing.
But the food is good and quick. All these are app problems.Show lessM.D.!
This app could be great but can’t be used when needed
Every time I try to use any reward with the app, if you even breathe wrong it will disappear and you can’t use it until it reloads in your app a day or more later. What is the point of trying to use a reward when you can’t use it at the moment you need it. Most apps at least let you have 10-15 minutes to use the reward before it goes away. This needs to be changed or the app will continue to be 1-2 stars.Show lessStephen4545
Dumpster Fire
I do like this restaurant. I’ve tried to use the app and 5/5 times the royally mess it up. I’m done don’t bother downloading unless you are super easy and will eat whatever freaking concoction they throw together. Worst experience EVER! Had to put a star but wouldn’t even give them one star. Absolutely a total dumpster fire. I pick up things I’ve never seen before when i order in person.Show lessweejmin
I would give 0'stars if I could
I keep getting emails that I have a reaward expiring in 2 days. When I try to login to use the reward it gets stuck at "select your favorite location" screen. I click the store, hit done and it won't go any further. I've closed out and reopened. I've deleted and reinstalled but nothing helps. This app is trash now :-(Show lessChristy Owens
Can not log in
Every time I try to log in on the app I receive a message that says “phone has already been taken.” I have tried to reset my password numerous times. It will never allow me to advance, which means my rewards are worthless.kMama1449
Won’t open
We frequent Salsarita’s quite often, at least weekly if not more often, but I opened the app the last time we went and it immediately went black. I couldn’t scan to earn points or anything. I’ve been trying for two weeks now to open it and it goes black. I had 88 points in it but now can’t use it.tuckerchris1
Won’t even open
I’ve had this app forever, hasn’t been an update in months. When I try to open it goes to the home screen and then goes black. It still sends notifications, that I’m unable to open and read. I have also lost all my pointsRocnroe 06
Please Patch this to support phones
I've tried to launch the app on my iPhone 8 (on latest software releases) for months now. It just continually crashes and I can't use any rewards or deals. I have tried everything from re-downloading to resetting my phone. Please integrate support for all iOS devices.SSOL1441
Problem logging in
Everytime I tried to log in the message “error incorrect information submitted. Please retry” I have used the app before with the same email and password!Scott Schmitt
