  • My 1st visit to Salsarita’s Fresh Mexican Grill

    What a wonderful experience I had today when I stopped by Salsarita’s Southfield location. I was very politely greeted by Shavar. I requested a carry out menu which I received. I asked about a couple of menu items.

    Shavar suggested a couple of items. I selected his suggestion of the shrimp soft taco. It was delicious! I will definitely make a regular drive thru order to the Southfield road location.

    I really appreciated the EXCELLENT customer service that I received from Salsarita’s Fresh Mexican Grill, way go Team!!!!

  • Works just fine if you have been there before

    Please add a conformation to the “Cancel order” button. Since it’s right at the bottom of the screen, it’s really easy to hit it when you swipe up to get out of the app.
  • VERY Misleading FB ad!

    Your Facebook ad says “download the app and get a free entree”. So after I downloaded the app, the deal turns out to be “get free chips and drink ONLY”! NO FREE ENTREE as was in your FB ad!!! This is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!
  • Do not deliver on this app!

    The delivery on this app is awful. There’s no tracking system so you have no idea if it’s even on the way. There was no way to contact support about the food since it was taking forever. We called the restaurant and they said they didn’t even deliver... and the food took more then two hours to arrive. Honestly was a shocking surprise that it even showed up. The whole process gave me a headache and of course the food was cold. Oh and there’s no way to get a refund for the super late cold food. Please fix your delivery system if you are going to offer it in the app.

    Easy to use and works well

    Easy to order food on app, but no app link to complete satisfaction survey. No good pictures of food on the app. Hard to earn rewards points.

  • Confusing and does not work!

    This is the most confusing app for ordering food I’ve ever seen. Even worse, it will not let you add a credit card after you finally figure out how to choose your meals, so you can’t use it to order anyway! Epic failure.
  • Issues

    This app leaves much to be desired. First, it’s misleading regarding reward redemption. If you press Redeem Reward from the main screen with the intention of using it on a mobile order, too bad because you’ve just marked it as used for an in-store purchase, and it’s no longer available for mobile orders. Second, for mobile orders it doesn’t attempt to communicate with the store until you’ve entered your complete order with all the toppings and options. You submit your order and you get “Sorry. Your order can’t be submitted.” So it’s better to just not rely on the app at all unless you don’t mind risking wasting a lot of time.

  • Can’t redeem rewards

    I used to love this app but now it doesn’t let me redeem my rewards. I used to be able to do it without any issues, but now when I try to redeem them something pops up and says that the rewards cannot be applied to my order. Super frustrating.
  • Rewards and Offers

    The App is ok I just wish that it would keep my offers and rewards where I can see them I will have the inbox indicate I have offers and rewards and then once I open it there is nothing there.
