I cannot find the factory reset button. The dgk does not come up. DGB comes up. Cannot add a camera don’t know what to do.jusj
Bad app or bad hardware
Will not allow me to connect the device to wifi for remote viewing, making this completely useless to me.Sevengydbj
Website is a virus
I pressed the app support button and it do a bunch of messages to my calendar and now it keeps reminding that I have a virus on my iPhonejuice710
Got it working but it really doesn’t do much
I’m thinking I need more cameras? I don’t know so far this app will let me format my sd card but won’t show my videos on it. It will however show me photos it takes. When I look for videos it appears to be empty 😢. Not easily explanatory, I keep going in and trying things that’s the only way I can see what’s what. Only app on the market to running late this usb camera I bought so if I can find more cameras to use w this app great! Or else I will have to sell usb camera and start all over.. not fun!Show lesscrazylittl3liza

This app is horrendous!! It doesn’t work, won’t connect any devices and crashes when u click on anything, do not buy anything that requires this app!!**LELU**
Well where do I start
The app and the hardware are to different things. And I’m not sure if this developer is responsible for both. I’m using the app with a zentronix Nano 4k.
First, it claims the video stream is 4k, there is no way to confirm this.
The iOS app, records the video in 1080 or 720 at 13 fps, that’s it! The audio is 128 kbps and the video is all-but 76 kbps, way too little of a bit rate for a quality video.
The app as no way to transfer the video recording to the camera roll. That is really disappointing.
Play back of the video on the iPhone is jittery, while playing the file on my desktop was smooth (for 15 fps).
For the price of the hardware, is is an unacceptable camera/software.Show lessdcalcutt
Cannot connect to WiFi or view the camera
This product does not work, the instructions are in a completely different language, I’m unable to set up the device, the app does not provide any guidance on how to troubleshoot. All in all this product was the worst investment of my life. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY $$$.Dev_Rozay

Terrible product
There is no option to give 0stars. This product is extreme hard to setup. Does not connect easily. When it is connected does not show footage. I will me requesting a refund.East Dimples
