Don’t believe what you read all the reviews on the seller’s page is positive and it flat does not work. It is totally worthless and their return policy is totally ridiculous. It’s a total rip off. I’ve loaded it twice in my phone and both times it doesn’t work.billsrnorwood
Useless
Only works when the app is open, phone is unlocked and using the app, and camera connected! Doesn’t matter how many times we selected “alarm when motion sensor” or “record on motion sensor” the settings will not save. Even if keeping the app open and just navigating back to the camera! They ruin what was a great camera
I was buying and using these cameras on the V380 pro app and they switched them to this terrible app. The picture quality is so bad, it is worse than old VCR tapes recorded in the slow speed! No sound when trying to record. The picture is stretched to a widescreen from a box image. Please return this camera back to the way it was! The old way was clearer and was really 1080p and had all the cool features. This new design is garbage and so is this app! I have returned 14 cameras that were stated to be on the V380 pro app and was not, but on this crappy app. I finally got one seller who was selling the right camera in his description. All others got negative feedback for cheating me!Show lessScottf589
Distorted Audio
It was working OK, not how it used to even a few months back. But ok! After the last app update all it does is record video in silent mode. However the audio is there at the beginning of the recording but breaks up then just complete silence after 3-4-5 seconds or so!!
How do we fix this?.!. ……

Instructions are printed so tiny that even with magnifying glass or microscope The ink is blurred and and legible and no instructions on the app. Thank you for letting me know not invested anymore of your product. I clearly wasted my money on junk.rdhucks
