Malware in app
I tried it on 3 different devices all get malware after downloading app be carefulNotasucka4u
Garbage. Do not bother.
Doesn’t work. Doesn’t connect for setup. Can’t adjust settings without it connected. Overall a poorly designed piece of cr@p that should never have been released. It takes up lots of space and even though it says it will manage your videos and your pictures you are still left to move and delete yourself.Show lessH@ppieM3@l

I can’t add the camera to the app. I see the camera in my wifi settings but the app won’t connect to it. There’s zero support anywhere.Anukra
Sound doesn’t work
At first the sound worked fine but about 2 months ago I would look at the camera and then as soon as I would hit the button for the sound to come on, the app would close. So I can no longer hear sound when viewing the camera or during a play back recording.polarium

Barely works
The night vision filter doesn’t work, like at all. You turn it on via the app and nothing happens. The hold to talk option is worthless as well…but the main issue is that this was advertised as something that could work at night with no lights…well that’s just a lie, unless I’m missing something. Unless I’m mistake, the motion detector switch to turn on the camera doesn’t work either. It’s nice to put these options in an app but if they don’t work, it’s useless and worse than just leaving it out!
It’s really frustrating to buy something and it be 25 percent of what was promised. Certainly this won’t work as any type of security camera, barely works to keep watch over pets, especially if the hold to talk option is a bust along with motion activation.

I would return the 3 cameras I bought, but I don’t want to subject another soul to the torment of using these 3 turds called cameras that don’t stay connected, hold a meaningful charge, detect motion, etc.Daswatitdo

This app is total rubbish. We can’t do anything on it and it glitches all the time.
