Just never connects…
Connected to the camera as a web access point, set up my Wi-Fi ap settings, it show as online, but never displays any video. I get a connection once in 20 tries which is useless. Have been trying literally all day today, have reset the camera and reloaded the access point setting several times, app says the camera is online but still no video. Waste of time.Show lessmiffed by amazon
Product works!
It’s a bit fiddly to set up but works perfectly fine by me. Just have a little more patience! My only gripe is that it didn’t come with an SD card but hey ho..Badkat87b
Excellent camera
People who don’t know how to use / configure it are giving it bad reviews. Trust me if you are 10% IT literate it’s a walk in the park to get it working as you wish. Works via phone and stand alone as well.Tvcdrhj
They ruin what was a great camera
I was buying and using these cameras on the V380 pro app and they switched them to this terrible app. The picture quality is so bad, it is worse than old VCR tapes recorded in the slow speed! No sound when trying to record. The picture is stretched to a widescreen from a box image. Please return this camera back to the way it was! The old way was clearer and was really 1080p and had all the cool features. This new design is garbage and so is this app! I have returned 14 cameras that were stated to be on the V380 pro app and was not, but on this crappy app. I finally got one seller who was selling the right camera in his description. All others got negative feedback for cheating me! Now when you think the app could not get any worse, they now put advertisements all over the screen and forces you to wait. I have gotten rid of everything that is associated with this app.Show lessScottf589
Rubbish
Like others on here, I give this 1 star as I can’t do zero. What a rip off. Brought this camera from an advert on FB. That was a mistake I won’t make again. Not as small or compact as in the advert. Cheap quality and the instructions don’t work. I have tried everything with this app and it’s not having it.
Don’t bother unless you like wasting your time. Camera is going in the bin and app is getting deleted.Show lessrichyetlonely

What a joke, and a waste of money!
The camera is worthless for security purposes. Unless you want to just see a four foot, by four foot area! THAT’ s all it sees, it such a closed angle lens!
The motion detection does not work at all!
This camera should never have made it to the market!

Wow I wish I knew this camera needed this app before purchase. At least then I’d have seen how dodgy it is and how bad the reviews were. Disgusting that you waste peoples time and money. Purchased through Temu so beware all round.meljane1405

If I could give it no stars I would. Instructions that cam with Cam are too small to read. Fortunately they are app screenshots. However now I can see what it says it makes no sense and Cams are virtually impossible to configure. It says to connect to your wifi So I connect to my wifi. Then I go to add Cam which then tells me to open my wifi settings on the phone and connect to something else which then is the end of it and nothing happens.
It’s a dud app for some dud cameras it seems.
