I used to love the alarm setting but ever since about a week ago the alarm doesn’t work anymore. I no longer get notifications if someone has walked past the device or anything. Please fix!AlexandriaSQ
Hunk of junk
Don’t waste your money. Very difficult to set up, once set up, very poor quality cameras and the cameras continue to disappear from the app! Really disappointed I wasted my money, don’t make the same. Intake I did!Grinnzo
I can’t get the recordings out side the app
I’ve been trying to contact someone about how to retrieve video that it’s been recorded onto the app, the camera has no Sim card so I hope it is not on the camera itself however I don’t know how to get it from either device onto my hard drive or phone etc. If you’re not using the app you cannot record so you cannot set it to record and put the phone down, is not good for darker eitherShow lessBB bottom
What a waste of Money
Mine will not work either. The instructions are so tiny you can’t even read it with a magnifying glass and glasses on. How can I get help.....?.....?......?.......?....?joes camera not working

Won’t connect
Just got this device and it won’t connect to my phone or the WiFi. Keeps saying it’s offline, device has been charging all morning and it still has not connected, such a disappointment.....bull.....
