Just not good.
A few of the tests come back unable to be read, thus they are junk. When they do work the science is pretty flawed. I took two tests 10 minutes apart and got fairly different results. The personalized supplaments aren’t personalized either. For example I usually get a 7 for vitamin c and it says I have Too Much Vitamin C to get a perfect 10. (Even tho it says too much vitamin c is harmless) then my personalized supplement comes with a dose of vitamin c
Finally they just did a software update and sent an email saying I had to update my password. Fine, totally understandable and normal tech stuff. Since then I’ve updated the password 3 times with no luck. All tech support does is say to uninstall/reinstall.
Not worth the hassle anymore. It’s a good idea but the tech, both the app and the tests, are just not up to par.Show lessDeveloper Response

1. They require mandatory account creation. Apples guidelines state that a guest view must be included. There is no “sign up with Apple” option available?! How did this get approved?
2. They gather a ton of personal data on your just so you can use the pee strip you already bought.
3. In the light of the 23andMe fiasco every consumer should be wary of these health startups and their own data and how it’s being used.
What is Vivoo doing with the data it collects from urine samples? Who are they selling it to?Show lessDeveloper Response

The test results don’t really provide much value. Like for example my oxidative stress level was high, so it said I should either get more or less exercise, but no way to know which one. Also I had high vitamin C. Advice was to eat foods high in vitamin C. Ok what?
The magnesium test is confusing. It gives you a score 1-10 but the page explaining it seems to say it’s not 1-10 it’s either 3,6,7 or 10 I think. Where 3 and 7 are bad. I couldn’t figure it out.
So the app will give you your test results, but there’s not much value it provides. It didn’t really give me any actionable advice to improve my health (other than drink more water cuz my hydration was adequate) wthShow lessDeveloper Response
