A few of the tests come back unable to be read, thus they are junk. When they do work the science is pretty flawed. I took two tests 10 minutes apart and got fairly different results. The personalized supplaments aren’t personalized either. For example I usually get a 7 for vitamin c and it says I have Too Much Vitamin C to get a perfect 10. (Even tho it says too much vitamin c is harmless) then my personalized supplement comes with a dose of vitamin c Finally they just did a software update and sent an email saying I had to update my password. Fine, totally understandable and normal tech stuff. Since then I’ve updated the password 3 times with no luck. All tech support does is say to uninstall/reinstall.
Not worth the hassle anymore. It’s a good idea but the tech, both the app and the tests, are just not up to par.
