No push notifications
This app used to have notifications of when the bus stopped at our bus stop, so I knew when the bus came and went. It no longer does and this makes the app less useful.
Handy…when it works.
I haven’t been receiving alert notifications for months now. Apparently many people are having this issue! The app also often seems to not have any idea where I’m located and will show my location in the UK and obviously prevents me from tracking the buses. Also will have NO buses showing sometimes. Very frustrating.

The app works like it’s supposed to as long as the bus that normally picks up your child is running that day. This app no longer tracks substitute buses like it used to. I’ll even receive alerts that my child’s bus has been substituted for another bus but won’t be able to track the new bus until it enters the alert radius.

Like the idea, but…
I’ve had an overall good experience with this app however, it certainly does have some issues.
Not sure when, but my push notifications have stopped working for my alert zones. I also noticed this morning, my kids almost missed the bus. The bus was 30 minutes behind on the map.
I like know where my kids are and approximate what time they’ll be home. Overall, I know it has issues but I’m happy to have it. Just wish I got the push notifications. That really helps.

Terrible app.
This app is immensely frustrating. It worked well for maybe 1week total so far. It is constantly logging me out and then says “can’t connect to server” when I try to log in. We can’t see the bus stop from our house and the bus comes at a different time every day. I work and cannot sit outside for 30min every day waiting. Schools either need to figure out how to pick up on time or get a different app.

Doesn’t work
This app doesn’t work like it’s supposed to at all. It sends notifications when it wants to. Every other day it tells me I’m not following any buses and not assigned to any districts. This is very frustrating. I wish I could give zero stars.
Notifications not working
This school year I’m not getting notification updates from the app on my iPhone or Apple Watch. I hope this is fixed soon.
Can track, no alerts
It alerted for the first three days I used it and has now stopped. Oh yeah, it gives the printed alert and red dot IN the app but no sound alert anymore when it enters my set area around my home. So I have to have it open and tracking the bus all along to know when it’s close. Please fix this bug. (And thanks for fixing the logout bug, that was irritating. Moved rating from 2 to 3 stars.)

Not dependable
I have to log in every morning. I don’t get notifications. App would be great if these problems were fixed.
Keeps logging me out
The app works fine once you get your buses configured for your school district but for some reason this year the app signs me out every day and with my kid getting picked up at usually before 6:30 in the morning my brain isn’t functioning enough to remember every day it would be nice if they could fix this bug
