Like the idea, but…
I’ve had an overall good experience with this app however, it certainly does have some issues.
Not sure when, but my push notifications have stopped working for my alert zones. I also noticed this morning, my kids almost missed the bus. The bus was 30 minutes behind on the map.
I like know where my kids are and approximate what time they’ll be home. Overall, I know it has issues but I’m happy to have it. Just wish I got the push notifications. That really helps.Show less2ndHoe
Terrible app.
This app is immensely frustrating. It worked well for maybe 1week total so far. It is constantly logging me out and then says “can’t connect to server” when I try to log in. We can’t see the bus stop from our house and the bus comes at a different time every day. I work and cannot sit outside for 30min every day waiting. Schools either need to figure out how to pick up on time or get a different app.Show lessfjbsgut
Doesn’t work
This app doesn’t work like it’s supposed to at all. It sends notifications when it wants to. Every other day it tells me I’m not following any buses and not assigned to any districts. This is very frustrating. I wish I could give zero stars.Changed123
Notifications not working
This school year I’m not getting notification updates from the app on my iPhone or Apple Watch. I hope this is fixed soon.Don'tlikeitatall
Can track, no alerts
It alerted for the first three days I used it and has now stopped. Oh yeah, it gives the printed alert and red dot IN the app but no sound alert anymore when it enters my set area around my home. So I have to have it open and tracking the bus all along to know when it’s close. Please fix this bug. (And thanks for fixing the logout bug, that was irritating. Keeps logging me out
The app works fine once you get your buses configured for your school district but for some reason this year the app signs me out every day and with my kid getting picked up at usually before 6:30 in the morning my brain isn’t functioning enough to remember every day it would be nice if they could fix this bugShow lessSC Golfer
What happened?
This app worked beautifully for me last year and years past. This year after the update, I get logged out twice a day. I get ZERO notifications. My son gets ZERO notifications. Yes, my location is on, yes, my toggle is on for notifications. I’ve used this for three years and never had issues like this. I hope the developer is working on a fix since I’m obviously not the only one with these issues. Great service for the district to offer, but only if it works! Super frustrated parent.

Nonstop issues since last update
App keeps logging me out all throughout the day, and has now stopped letting me log in without getting a server error 500 times before it finally does. Not okay.Lalalallalalalallbhsbd667
I want the last version when it worked!
App updated and app stopped working. Will not log in and connect to server now. My husband didn’t update and his still works. Clearly the update screwed it up. Useless now.Cinderella_aisha
