What happened?
This app worked beautifully for me last year and years past. This year after the update, I get logged out twice a day. I get ZERO notifications. My son gets ZERO notifications. Yes, my location is on, yes, my toggle is on for notifications. I’ve used this for three years and never had issues like this. I hope the developer is working on a fix since I’m obviously not the only one with these issues. Great service for the district to offer, but only if it works! Super frustrated parent.

Nonstop issues since last update
App keeps logging me out all throughout the day, and has now stopped letting me log in without getting a server error 500 times before it finally does. Not okay.
I want the last version when it worked!
App updated and app stopped working. Will not log in and connect to server now. My husband didn’t update and his still works. Clearly the update screwed it up. Useless now.
Awful
This is the most frustrating app that is supposed to let me know about the bus and I turned on notifications but every time I open it it makes me log in again. No notifications. I also know my password but it makes me change it every time and it’s always “you have to have an uppercase and lowercase and special character” and crap I can’t remember after I had to change it freaking 20 times. I hate this app and I’m deleting.

Usually ok. Update logs you out
Has been a great app since we’ve had it. Tracks the bus and gave my programmed alerts 95% of the time. Beats staring up the road waiting!
The big problem this school year has been that the app logs me out twice a day. If I forget to login, won’t get my notifications the that bus is coming and miss it. Please fix this.

Notification does not work
This app is half baked. It sent notification for one bus but not the other for few days. Now no notification whatsoever. Recently, it forgets my password every time I open the app.
Terrible
As others have said, this app is terrible and simply doesn’t work. The bus will some days just not even update its location, and now it started randomly tracking the wrong bus. Worthless app.
Update broke it
Ever since the new update, I haven’t been getting notifications. Checked all settings, restarted the app, uninstalled then reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, changed my password. Nothing. Still not working.
Needs a little improvement
For some reason the notification system works in the evening, but does not work in the morning.
The worst
One of the worst apps. Never works properly, won’t “connect” to the server. Sends the same notification over and over and over. School systems should not waste their time or money. So glitchy and they don’t care.
