Awful app
This app is trash. It never works properly. And only even shows me the location of the busses when the children are out of school. What is the point. I am so incredibly disappointed by this app
Works well enough
I like the app, it is useful to see when the bus is getting close. I wish I could delete alerts—I accidentally set up two alerts for my bus and so I get two notifications every time the bus gets close.
Major Glitch
The app was a good tool for me to use when I first got it, but for some reason it deleted all of my bus routes and the district I had been assigned to. Can y’all fix this glitch?

Works great in Virginia Beach. Shows very up to date info of the buses within about a minute or two. Great when you’re waiting at the bus stop with a kindergartner!
No notifications with iPhone 13 | IOS 15.0.2
App used to work good enough. Now with new phone and most recent IOS, app no longer pushes notifications. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, turning notifications on and off…nothing works
Needs updating
This app needs some MAJOR updating! It is never accurate and it’s way off! Stays at the same location for over an hour and barely even updates the location. I would rate it a 0 if possible.

It stays in place for about 10-25 and it’s annoying. I keep pressing the vehicle info to see if it moves but nothing works. I repeatedly exit the app to see if it does anything as well and it really doesn't.

Amazing app
If it wasn’t for this app I would have been waiting almost 45 mins wondering where my kid was… this app allows me to know where his bus is and when it’s going to be here. I have it set to send a notification when turning into the neighborhood which gives us time to get to the stop without excessive waiting. Totally love this and think it’s very very helpful!!

Worst app
This app used to be really helpful but the it started having glitches and it is an hour behind I have tried updating it reinstalling it and making a new account I still have the same problems and I know other people that also have the same problem so I recommend they fix what ever is wrong soon before it gets more bad reviews.

Notifications stopped with IOS update
The app was working great for us, but when Apple put out update 14.2 the notifications stopped. Bus tracking shows accurately, but no more notifications when it enters the alert zone.
