They’ve must have made a lot of updates to the technology on the buses because my child’s bus is now correctly tracked to the second almost everyday. Makes getting home to meet the unpredictable afternoon bus foolproof.SaraRovang

This app used to work great, but lately it has only been showing me where the bus is at 5am (when it is parked) which is really no help. It no longer alerts of the current location of the bus, or when it enters my set radius. This app would be very useful otherwise.TheGirlWithThePaintBrush

Both my children..one in elementary and one in middle haven’t been to school on time but maybe 10 times since school has started this year. Bus 39 has been a train wreck since school started and nothing is being done about it. DD2 needs to get it together ASAP. I’m so sick of it!!!MommyLo-Lo
I wanted to like it...!
I really wanted to like this app! I love the idea behind this app, but it needs some serious work! I can’t see the bus approaching where I live and how my house is set up, so this was perfect for us to know when the bus would be arriving. Problem is, the bus is usually stuck somewhere and it doesn’t update for a few days. It’ll work for a day or two, then it’s stuck again. Developers really need to work on this app more before releasing it.
Update; noticed it really glitches with weather. Complete waste of space on my phone. Still no fixes, and I’ve had this since the beginning of the school year; it’s now nearing the end of October. Complete waste. Don’t bother downloading.Show lessMadAsian87

My kids school switched to this app for some reason. The response time is ridiculous, it’s not live, it refreshes and is VERY delayed. I get notifications that the bus arrives in my set radius 3-4 hours later!! Are you kidding me?? The school used Here Comes The Bus preciously and it was spot on EXACT and notifications were real-time. Now why can’t this app be like that one? You kidding me? It’s 2019 and we all have gps on our phones. What’s the issue?? If I had to pay for the full app, will it be more accurate? No way I’m wasting money to try that. Why is that even an option? I see a lot of what other reviewers say, and I have one bus that’s pretty reliable, and one that has worked for about two days of school. Seems like this should be quick fix.
Biggest problem is that there is no in-app reporting/support, so physically calling the transportation department is the ONLY way to notify Anyone that the app isn’t functioning.

One day last week the Edulog app never showed my child’s bus leaving school. After she was dropped off, the app still showed the bus at school.
Please add a feature in settings to allow for a mileage radius in settings. When the bus passes our street, which is almost a mile from our house, we receive an alert, but the bus goes down other streets and comes back to ours. That is a good 15 minutes later.
Just to update my review, it’s been over a week and my child’s bus has been out of commission due to a bad transmission. Has the app updated the bus number? No!!! Wish I could give this ZERO stars now.Show lessScottL-VT
Not accurate
This thing is a great idea but not accurate. For example the last reading it shows where my child’s bus is, is at 3:09 and at the school. Well it’s 3:26 and the bus is here. Def cannot depend on this.April Carlson
Really bad app... doesn’t track in real time.
I don’t know why the Virginia Beach Public School system would even use such a horrible software. It tells me practically when the bus is here while it’s literally pulling up to the stop. What good is that?? Bad software. I’m surprised because the technology is out there to offer much better!02126chrissy
Doesn’t work after Update!
I updated the app and it logged me out! Then when I try to log back in it says it can’t find my account! Tried to sign up again and every time I hit the sign up it does nothing! Great idea but executed horribly!AzACY
