Horrible app
Our school district used Here Comes the Bus last year and from day one it ran . Not sure why they couldn’t stick to that. Forced us to go to this app and it does NOT work; setup forces parents to slowly toggle on over 600 school buses individually. I have no idea why we had to switch apps.everest918
Can’t delete bus
A programmed a bus, the school must have gotten rid of it, and now it shows up in a city 3 hours away and since it isn’t assigned to my school anymore it won’t allow me to delete it or “turn it off” because it doesn’t show up at all under my school district. Tracking info must stay the same, however I can’t delete it now. Super annoying.Show lessOCD momma.
Does not work as advertised
If I could give this app zero stars I would but unfortunately that isn’t an option. This app has not worked properly or the way their video on their website suggests it should work. Real time tracking to means the location of the bus should update regularly...even if it is at 5min intervals. However, I have seen it stay in one place on the map for over an hour and physically seen the bus drive past my home while the map is stating it’s still in a location from 40 minutes prior. That not real time tracking! Glad I am not being asked to pay for an app that doesn’t work as promised. Yet, I’m sure I am paying (in taxes) for the equipment needed on the busses and whatever other fees may be associated with the district partnering with this particular company. I would love to know what the cost for the district actually is and know where they are finding the money for this, since there are more useful things I can think of that would benefit our district.Show lessJV 1234

My children's bus isn’t listed. And I can’t add them at all. Please fix
Also I suggest changing the font color to black since no one can read the white.
Also since every nickname is taken this is an error.

Please change colors
There is not enough contrast between the white words in the blue background. For people with low vision we cannot read this app. It is very frustrating. There needs to be plenty of contrast between the background and the words that we type or read.katmomdu
