  • Can’t give feedback in app

    When I don’t close the app, it times out my login as expected. However, the next time I try to log in, it has forgotten that I enabled FaceID and need to reenter my 25+ character password.

    Also, trying to give feedback in the app tells me that I need to give valid feedback, so I guess it only looks for the words “wonderful” and “awesome” before submitting.
  • super annoying

    bill pay is the worst imo. doesn’t even let me schedule my account due dates. set up my moms app and i tried editing it so she doesn’t see everyone else’s accounts and only hers. come to find out it doesn’t even save the settings so whenever you open the app again, accounts that aren’t hers show up first. she can make her way through apps most times as she’s older but it definitely confuses her, unlike the previous version. hopefully this mess is fixed.
  • One glaring problem

    I like the new app but it has a major problem. I have like 13 accounts between my and my kids’ myShare and savings and checking accounts. When I go to choose an account to make my default or to send a transfer, a bubble pops up listing my accounts to choose from. But the bubble is not scrollable! So it only shows like the first 8 accounts and all the others are completely inaccessible. It’s pretty annoying.
  • New App

    The new app is a mess. I’ve had to erase and redownload the app twice now because I see a blank, white screen when I try to get in.

    Also, I now have no choice but to look at my young adult kids’ accounts. I have to sift through to find my account. I can use the filter, but I have to filter EVERY time I sign in.
  • Worst update

    Since I now live out of state I rely heavily on the mobile check deposit feature to make critical payments. It refuses to deposit my checks insisting that it has already been deposited elsewhere (it has not.)
  • Hopefully will improve

    I find the new application more difficult to use. I really like seeing all the accounts, but I really miss being able to see when a CD matures. And the format can be confusing compared to the previous app. But I’m hopeful that it will improve over time.
  • App is horrible

    This app went backwards from previous. Layout of the history is confusing. Login with FaceID displays a blank, white page. Requires continuous restart of app to clear the condition. Love that you have Zelle, but a $250 limit is awful. All of the debit cards linked to us don’t show now. Why did you even think this update was a good idea?
  • New app is terrible

    It only opens in landscape on my ipad. I have joint accounts and kids accounts. I would love to be able to set a default view with just my primary accounts viewed. The layout is worse than before. The people developing this must not bank with CFCU.
  • Inconsistent login

    This app has recently been updated and the login is inconsistent it shows error when logging in alot.
  • The new app is terrible!!!!

    This new app is one of the worse things I’ve ever used. It’s very confusing on how to add a new bill pay and only displays one way on my IPad. It asked me what I wanted as my default for bill pay then when I went on Bill pay it defaulted to something else. I seriously hate this thing so much I might have to open an account with another bank and get my checks deposited there. I’m actually going to call the credit union and let them know how bad this is.
