New app has issues
I’m disappointed in the new app. I’m be had to delete and reinstall it fours time’s because each time I go to use it the screen is blank and won’t reload. Not a fan.loreal9779

The app has issues (as well as online). I can’t even use the secure email option to open issues. Keeps getting error messages. I can not see all my accounts on the app. I think the launch was poorly tested.Need hints2
mobile authentication no longer require????
I don’t feel secure that it’s not asking for a mobile authentication when I log in. Please put that option back!!!!!MLGU

Check images almost never work
The app is good but forget it if you want to examine the details of a check you wrote. The stored image is almost never available. Same problem also exists on their web version. You either get the infinitely spinning circle or an error saying try again. How did this app pass QA?Darokr
ios 14.3 update
The latest ios update to 14.3 broke the pay bill option, when selected, the app closes. I removed and reinstalled and still doesn’t work.maqwarro
