Simply flawed app
It’s strange that a company sells it’s products on the market without proper testing and even after repeated feedback does nothing to address the problems. My “bridge” needs to be re-paired every 2-3 days. Sometimes it pairs easily, sometimes it simply doesn’t. I do not recommend. Update: even with major negative feedback the company has not updated the firmware or app in 7 months!!!

Does not work
I have been trying to update the wifi for the smart bridge for three days! None of the features actually work. The online videos take you through a process the does not work. Also, no way to remove a location or hub. How is this app allowed in the App Store?
App does not support newer iOS
Impossible to pair the bridge with latest iPhones and iOS. Only possible though an old vintage iPad. No support available, company seems to be hiding with canned unhelpful responses and not even a contact form.

Terrible app
As others have stated, adding a bridge is basically a crapshoot. It took me no less than 3 hours of repeated pairing attempts before my bridge would properly configure. I wish I had helpful pairing advice for future victims, but alas I did nothing different. You’re rolling the dice.
The app development team either needs a bigger budget or a mass layoff. It’s a shame because the hardware seems quite good and after some digging I was able to link the bridge with my Alexa voice assistant.

I’m upset I spent money on this
*Truly* terrible app from top to bottom. I’m just trying to connect a bridge to connect my blinds and not one single part of that process works correctly, is easy to find, or is successful. The bridge times out so fast, the app won’t even register the bridge. There’s no easy to find “connect bridge” button. My WiFi router tells me a new device is connected but the pairing then “fails”
I swear if anyone says “turn it off and back on again” I’ll smack you with every single device and part of that device that has been turned off and on in every conceivable sequence.

Couldn’t connect to WiFi
Exactly followed the instruction but it never connects to Wi-Fi. Such a waste of money and time.

Impossible to connect the hub to wifi because the app doesn’t recognize my wifi and doesn’t let me manually add the SSID
