Great app but needs polishing
This app is very easy to use and provides me a clear view of what is connected to my network and alerts me when there are issues. Managed Wi-Fi services are critical to a balanced experience inside the home.
Could use more parental controls and some additional educational tools to set proper expectations for novice users who have to include mesh units in their home. A good example would be to explain the scenarios of why the capacity of a mesh unit may drop off significantly?

Gives me great control of my virtual hone (and kids)
Love the app! I feel safer with network wide virus protection across every device connected to my Wi-Fi! Gives me insights into who is doing what and when in my network.
Helpful to monitor your network on the go
Having the ability to monitor my home network on an iPhone app from anywhere is reassuring. Much more convenient then logging into a web interface. This app has many features that give me control and surveillance of my network. Overall feel safer having this app
Parental controls
The parental controls, and content filters work great. I have tried Eero, AmpliFi, google WiFi, and Netgear orbi, and the ability to block specific apps and filter specific content in CommandIQ is well beyond the capability of the competition.
Awesome functionality and experience with my service provider
Super easy to use and functional, while giving me a communication vehicle with my service provider when I need help, something I have NEVER had before. Fantastic.
GigaSpire and CommandIQ
Awesome WiFi. One system covers my home and yard. CommandIQ also working great. I made a couple mistakes connecting with router but now up and running. I particularly like the Parental Control options. I have Enhanced Parental control. Not just basic. Awesome.
Very functional.
The application gives me the visibility I need to see everything in my network and how it is performing. More importantly if I ever have an issue I can tell my service provider what is happening when I call and they can see it. Pretty amazing.
Nice view into what’s going on on my network
I like being able to see at a glance what is going on. How many devices are connected and what my network speeds are. Having notifications pushed to my phone when things change or need attention is great
