Bad management
First time in this app and I kept asking when are my block coming in they never come in they make you wait and they tell you wait till Thursday morning, but of course they give the blocks to the The old workers have been working there there’s no communication with the company they should lease have Fare trials for people who really wanna work don’t assume that you’re gonna get a job from them because you’re gonna be sitting down waiting for them to give you a block that’s what they call it and communication is really bad to be honest. I never receive a block to work and you really want to work. This is not the job for you.

The App has been improved day by day
I have been working for Fetch Packages since the first week it opened here in Raleigh NC and the App has improved a lot since then, of course it still has slight flaws but the quality is remarkable today, I have a great connection with everyone in the warehouse and I know them all because the place is small but they also know me and greet me by my name and that makes me feel good.

It’s the worst there is, you get violations left right center, I picked up a block one time that showed 6:30pm to 9:30pm, they issued me a violation for getting to the warehouse at 6:30pm, another time I misdelivered a package and as soon as I took the picture I realized it was the wrong unit so I picked up the package to take to the right unit number, and took another picture, unfortunately the first picture I took had saved so I sent a message to the support dept to switch the pictures for me, and I sent them the right picture showing the right unit, I’m not sure if they did, long story short I got a violation for that too, if you deliver a package at 1mins past the assigned time you get a violation, one time they gave me 67 packages to deliver in two hours in an apartment complex that is so big. And the worst of it is when you open a dispute to ask for driver support to step in they give you the generic information, the system is just terrible, and no-one informs you on the dos and don’ts, I had to stop delivering because of fear that they will keep issuing me a violation and I’m one person that takes her work to heart, have never had issues at work.

Very Dangerous Heat
There’s something very shady about this app. None of their payouts make sense. You have no idea how many items being delivered. I went to one warehouse and for their pay of $45 I did give or take 8-10 packages. Last night I did another advertised only this one had close to 40!!! For the exact same pay. How?! But stupid me being the hard charger I am I figured I’d be ok. I did not realize that this apartment building did not have any A/C above the 1st floor! I couldn’t even complete the delivery, there were 6 apartment buildings, by the time I got to the 5th my body was starting to cramp. Halfway through the 5th I started to just projectile vomit, then I knew I couldn’t finish at that point. By the time i had gotten home i had lost 7lbs in water weight. I felt highly taken advantage of and my life was absolutely not worth $45. Also, yes I hydrated before I started during the day (I’m from Houston I know the climate, I would never do any outside activity without hydrating first.) Body just losing too many fluids too fas to keep up. Hopefully someone doesn’t die on their hands for such unsafe practices. Hopefully they even pay me for the 3hrs and and delivering 2/3 of the Oregon trail and almost dying.😔

Racist hollywood fl location !!
Very racsist company , I mean there not more diverse driver there all Latin and when you go to the facility’s you see why .they give there cousin and friends the delivery's since they have control to cancel anyone else’s at the facility . I was a victim to this twice.i been download this app for 5 month i have never did a delivery because they take me off of the ones I claim At the warehouse , and they give it to there buddy.i have proof for everything . Currently working with lawyer because of how they operate

So far …..
So far bad experience just started 3 days ago and everytime i pick a block it gets canceled every time i get a notification about a block opening and it’s already gone within seconds of opening the app preferred drivers get routes a day earlier (Wednesday) than everybody else (Thursday) i haven’t done one job yet because of the bad experience so far i know it’s company that haven’t been around long but it gets frustrating

Got approved started getting emails blocks are available but never seen available ones in the app even with being on the app before 10am i did see one mid week but I’ve never even seen available blocks on Wednesdays that’s weird I’ll continue using more reliable apps not sure how this company runs things

The worst delivery job I have ever had
It took months for me to get a block without them canceling it, and once I did get one I couldn’t get paid for it and still haven’t! Then my account was deactivated because they kept canceling my blocks but saying it was a no call no show!!!! So basically I worked for free
No Stars! You want your Car Towed, WORK HERE!
They only give their deliveries to their Seniority employees and If The seniority can’t take the delivery Then they’ll pass it to you if YOUR lucky. My car was Towed parked in the delivery area while delivering of an apartment building that The Fetch Employees Instructed to do So. They didn’t pay for the Tow to be release even thought I was following their Directions on where to park. While my car was in possession of The Towing company my wallet, shoes, And Packages went missing. The managers or Support didn’t offer any assistance I was stranded until 1Am trying to know What was happening. And To Top it off, They blame me for the packages missing And Then they Terminated me. So please don't Waste your Time. Like the other person Said You might as Well go Work for DoorDash. Please don’t Waste YOUR TIME.

They don’t pay
If you want to work for free this is the job for you. They haven’t paid me for 2 weeks and every time I contact so called support they tell me to fill out a form that’s they never responds to. Worst unorganized company I’ve ever worked for
