Location settings: “ALWAYS”????
Please stop asking for unrestricted location services!! It’s getting weird!!
No schedules
There is absolutely nowhere on this app to schedule blocks, and I can’t get anyone to answer my emails.
Very disappointing
I received an invitation to sign up for Fetch courier here in Jacksonville Florida the ad said boy we’re recruiting and plenty of work for everyone so you jump through the hoops and download the apps wait wait approvalBecause you’re desperate to get something that will actually pay & hope you provide for your family during the craziest time I have ever experienced in my life. Then you open the app just to find out that there’s no jobs available, that they update every Wednesday around 3:00 PM they are first come first serve and wouldn’t you know it there appears to be one person on the team who snags up all the positions available that he wants been watching the schedule which you can do through the app. So I would rate this as a horrible experience.I’m not going to compete with the other poor souls you were trying to make it work you guys go for it and good luck to you trust me the companies making money every day while we languish away. Oh by the way it’s now 5:30 PM so 3 o’clock has come and gone and no jobs have refreshed in the app I’m not surprised since the next four days are completely filled. Just giving you my honest experience Hope it helps.

Please don’t erase delivery history!
The app is good but, please do not erase the history of the batches and delivery for past days for at least 2 days. Please add this feature and I’ll give 5 stars. If you add this it will help warehouse members and couriers to know if they really made a mistake and if they did then we can easily look at the history and see what happened and what needs to be done in order to correct it.

Latest update works great!!
After the latest update, I think it’s awesome that we’re able to apply filters to the active deliveries. One thing that would be great is to have a notification system so couriers would be notified when a resident makes a change to an active delivery in their batch. Like if they go from “do not leave” to “leave”. That way the courier can be notified in real-time and can deliver more efficiently. Either way, keep up the great features!

Crashes
After this new stability fix it keeps crashing
So much more efficient.
Using the web app to deliver packages worked alright but this app adds SO many new features that save time while on routes. It would be nice to have geolocation but the devs say they are working on it. Big step forward.
