    This is the first time I ever wrote a review. This app is amazing. All templates are customizable and it allows you to create your own from scratch.

    I like the app I’m getting stronger for sure but my question is how do you get a deload week on the regular 5/3/1 leader program because it only goes up to week 3 and when I press the plus button on the top right it says anchor and deload but it won’t let me deload for the 4th week any help would be nice with that but besides that I love the app

  • It’s ok

    One thing I don’t like is that you can’t customize the days from the template. The 5/3/1 template is great for instance but I would never do a squat day followed by a back day and chest day followed by a military press day. That’s asking for injury, but there’s no way to rearrange day 1 from 2 or 3 to what fits your needs. I also highly dislike apps that want you to pay monthly or annually instead of a one time payment. One time payment for something I can justify but would never pay monthly for a program like this. I’d rather use paper and a pencil like I was before. Personally I wouldn’t pay more than $8 to unlock pro features of this app. I just don’t care and don’t think it’s worth my time. I think there’s other better apps out there for price and customization.

    I appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. If you’re not interested in a subscription, there are quite a few other 5/3/1 apps within the App Store you should check out. I’d recommend trying “531 strength”. I chose to charge a small monthly fee for the pro features because it’s the only way to ethically sustain an app that costs time/money to develop. I don’t show any advertisements and I will never sell your data, unlike other apps. I’m also not going to abandon this app. I’m in it for the long haul!

    Great so far just a slight typo in the beginning set up. Calculator is spelled wrong I think on the second or third page of setting up.
  • No Custom Main Exercises

    I’m looking for an app where I can create a 5/3/1 two day plan with two main exercises each day. My main exercises are different than the standard Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, and Press. This only allows you to choose those standard exercises as your main exercises, so it’s useless to me.

    I have tried every 5/3/1 App in the App Store & this one’s the best since Big Lifts 2. It has all you need to keep track & keep training w/o issues!

    The pro version is worth it with all the templates & variations. Needs a few tweaks - but all in all a great App.

    I love the app. I have been using it quite a bit. Developer is helpful and will contact you if you ever have problems.
