Awful for picture uploads

This app never seems to be able to import mine or my wife’s pictures properly. We have to send them one at a time by email to get it to go through. Which when trying to send all of our wedding and honeymoon pictures, is hours of time

The App’s tech isn’t easy and streamlined for Apple (Using Calendar). Still worth using though.

I will start by saying I LOVE the Skylight Calendar, and it’s made my family’s life a lot easier overall. However, using the app (and you HAVE to use the app for some things vs. desktop site), is TERRIBLE. At least for Apple products. It’s confusing, with too many steps, and often, when you get where you need, (like finding an “upload calendar” button) it’s just a set of directions for what to do yourself on your phone. The app could really use an overhaul to match how wonderful the calendar product is. Once everything is set up though, it’s not the worst.
However, let’s talk about the list functions, like making a grocery list, or a to do list, which could streamline across your home calendar, and any family member’s device with the app. Sounds amazing! However, because the app is not at all user friendly, it really doesn’t get used, which is extremely disappointing.
I also really wish they’d come out with an Apple Watch app, if only for the LIST functions!

All in all, buy the calendar, but be prepared for subpar app of you're a part of the Apple family.

Absolutely brilliant help

We love our tech until we mess up, then the product is as good as the support we get. Well this product is worth every penny and then some. John helped me through an issue, quite possibly self inflicted lol, and with patience and grace assisted me to get my fabulous Frame back on track. My children send me photos of their families and the joy we all get from so easily sharing joyful times is wonderful.

We are finally organized

Bought a different system and had to send it back. Then switched to Skylight and we LOVE it. So easy to use
4 busy people in the house and finally we can are not forgetting tasks
