UPDATE: The CEO reset my profile for me, saving my progress and this all resolved within a day. Great app!

Hi and sorry you had to deal with this. This is a bug that turned up in our latest version for a small part of our users. We know about it and we're dealing with it in two ways: 1- If you send us an email from the email you've signed up with, we will immediately fix it for you remotely. 2- We're uploading a fixed version as we speak and hopefully this will be out and about in 2-3 days. It started out good...
I love this app but what’s going on ?
My app all of a sudden is not opening and keeps crashing and I’m starting to rethink this thing? What can I do to get it fixed ? I need this app to help me learn..
