Glitchy and not able to add multiple users

I bought this thinking I could use this with my three kids. Nope. Only one profile can be created. The app doesn’t work seamlessly. It’s a shame. What a waste of money.

ScoreSkills Rocks!

ScoreSkills is a great way to learn music notes! I’ve learned melodys and music notes.

No way to cancel the subscription.

This app allows you “restore “ purchase easily, but does not provide any clue about how to cancel subscription. I was charged the annual fee at the beginning of 2021 , now at the end of the year, I want to stop the subscription. However, it seems the app doesn’t provide any choice to stop subscription for the coming year.

Love the app

This seems like a great app. Very helpful in learning music. The reason I gave 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 is that I am not able to make more than one profile per account. I have 3 kids and each should have their own profile without having to sign up 3 different times.

Response from developer

We love you back!! Apologies for not supporting users just yet. We're still growing and our main objective is for our students to have a great experience. Adding users is definitely on our todo list. Even though you decided to give 3 stars, we rate you at 5 stars! please contact us at info@compoze.co to continue this conversation. Best, the ScoreSkills team.

First Time Using

I Really Enjoyed Learning The Notes.
After I Got Off The App It Was A Little Hard To Retain Because It Felt Like A Game. So I Went Back And Took Notes. Take Notes And Enjoy The Game 😁

✨✨

This app generally rules. However, it erases my progress every single time I close the app.

ScoreSkills will help you

Great app. Fun and helps us learn music theory

Helpful, with room to improve & expand

I love the engagement this provides. I like to make as many connections as possible while learning, and repetition is key for me, too, which is why I find this app so effective.

Sometimes it was helpful for me to look at a keyboard while using the app to figure out the correct answers through understanding (rather than guessing). I didn’t always have one available, though, so would like to suggest adding a small keyboard diagram that can be toggled on or off during game play.

There are glitches and room for refinement. There are ways to give feedback, though these are glitchy, too.

Based on the description of the app, I had an unrealistic expectation about the number of levels and frequency of additions. I was surprised to have completed all the levels within two months. I hope new material will be added soon for more scales and the circle of fifths.

I would like also to see the addition of short explanations or definitions. For example, there are levels that ask you to identify or build dominant chords, but I had to go elsewhere to get a reminder about what those are.

All in all, this is a good app. It has been very helpful to my learning process.
