  • My first “RIDE “

    My first ride to and from was great…. Not a problem..thanks,both drivers were nice…..
  • Disappointed

    I am using the app for the first time and I can’t get past the first question “are you able to walk” the “0 trips” Is over the yes and it will not let me select yes. I am hoping you can correct this (move where the “0 trips is at) so I can use the app. Please and thank you.
  • I am wondering why?

    I’ve been using this app for almost a year. I already had a number of trips booked but it’s my first time to experience today that my requested trips I submitted for tomorrow August 17. are still pending. I’ve been waiting for the confirmation of my rides. I checked the app, it’s still pending for approval. Good thing I called the customer service rep and she said it’s not on their system. There is a glitch!! She’s kind enough to tell me to book again even if it’s tomorrow already. Thanks

  • Are you smarter theAn a 5th Grader?

    Terrible interface, not an intuitive flow for the user, especially any user with co dictions that May impeded them.

    No dark mode for low vision users
    Available font sizes do not scale well with forms
    No return trip booking shortcut with a Will call option.
    Some Fields auto populate but then requires yser to re-input before moving on.

    Whomever contracted this app clearly did not perform any functional verification for UI or logic.

    Let’s hope developer goes back and tries again.

  • Message feature not working

    Currently the app is not sending messages regarding current rides so unable to see who’s the driver or track the ride.
  • App Support non existent

    For over 2 weeks I have called & keep getting transferred or hung up on. Worst service ever. Disgusting. Lack care or empathy. Being paralyzed and depending on the service do you at least expect a little help.
  • Absolutely useless

    Don't use this app, it will say your ride is confirmed and then on the day of your trip, your ride will disappear. The call center is awful, you wait 30 minutes and if you're lucky someone who is incapable of doing their job will waste your time. Worthless
  • Yikes. Shameful.

    Like so many other reviewers, I can’t get past the “can you walk” feature.

    Aren’t you supposed to “test drive” your own app before you foist it on the user?

    And riddle me this, Developer Responder: why are you reacting well with only positive reviews, and completely silent on those that are giving you suggestions or point out obvious glitches. Are you not “professionals”?

    C’mon y’all - get through Beta Testing runs before you accept gobs of government money by call your app “usable”. It’s not.

  • All rides are not approved You miss your appointment

    Shame on companies like this that people with health problems get f over on rides all the time. They get massive payment from government and put garbage product. This has made me miss a bunch of medical appointments no one gets back to you on customer service. Please contact the better business bureau and Americans with disabilities on them

    Shame and the operators are slow and not informed. Tech support won’t call you back and never answer

  • Terrible Service Every Time

    Everyone is rude, except Case Management. Rides are dispatched incorrectly every time. Meanwhile, you can look forward to a 30-60 minute call wait times while you're stranded.
