  • Cannot reach anyone for help via email!!!

    UPDATED REVIEW:
    I stopped using the service for the most part. Here it is a month or so later and I got an email with the address to send an email to their support desk. Several weeks ago I placed an order for two doctor’s appointments using the app. Then the night before my appointments I see that they were cancelled in-line. So at 1:30 AM I had to deal with a semi rude person on the phone. The app needs a total review. Also why is it asking what type of doctor I am seeing. Have you hear of HIPPA LAWS?!? You have no right to know anything other than I have a doctors appointment.

    So I have used their service for a year now. All of it done by calling their phone number. I tried to use the app months ago but it loaded and showed no way to open an account. To this day the website has NO EMAIL address to Contact anyone for help. So I was on hold for over 35 minutes last night remaining CALLER #4 in line for help. I hang up thinking the system must be messed up and call back only to become caller #8. By the time a driver would have picked me up the pharmacy would have been closed. So I had to do without a run to get my medicine. Give me an email address for help! Thanks. I will update my rating if the service shows me it can actually work.

  • Appointment time not work

  • The schedule tolerance should be open

    I had a last minute appointments requested for my fathers doctor, less then 24 hours notice. Waiting on the phone was taking so long so I decided to download the app but ended up I am not able to book-request a next day pick up time. Since this is a medical pick-up/delivery service the developers should understands not always we have a full schedule preprogrammed. I believe this could be a n up grade for user with the need of their services. Thank you!

    Hello, we really appreciate that you took the time to provide us feedback. This has been requested by many people and resulted in a lot of negative reviews. The reason we had this restriction in place was to ensure our team had enough time to review and approve the mobile reservations along with scheduling a driver. Our teams met about this very issue and have agreed we will make some changes to how we process mobile reservation to allow us to reduce the restrictions in a future release. Again, thank you for your feedback and we hope you give us another try after we release the update.

    I only could sign one time, after that they never let me sign. It always said that I have the wrong info. Worse app ever
  • Doesn’t work creating trips

    I’m also having a hard time submitting a trip when all my information is correct . “Keep saying we are facing some issues while submitting the trip please try again later “. Which i try sever times on different days . Hope there way to get this resolve so this app can be useful.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It appears the fix we released on 02/01/2021 addressed the issue for a specific scenario, but did not address the issue for all scenarios. We are working again to quickly release a fix to address this new scenario. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope you will give it another try once the issue is fixed. Give us a few days.
  • Doesn’t work- Can’t create trips

    You can see your past trips but you cannot create any new ones. For the past five days I’ve tried to make reservations and every single time even though I have everything absolutely correct an error message comes up and says “Currently we are having problems submitting your reservation.” or somesuch. Please fix it; if it worked it would be so very useful.

  • No family member that can add

    I suggest to add a family member may daughter has a Dr’s appointment and me as her mother too.. that could be better to add a family member. Thank you and God bless

    We greatly appreciate your feedback. This is a terrific idea. We will see if we can add an option for you to manage multiple people under one account in a future release.
