  • Unable to continue setup

    We can’t get past step 2 to indicate we can walk. Trip total is blocking the button to select Yes. Tried selecting No just to get to step 3 but it is not responding. Totally unusable.
  • Restrictions

    I made my appointment and for some reason it shows the wrong time on the app. I called to try to change my time and they said I need a 48hr notice in order to make modifications. How can I do that when it wasn’t my fault the app didn’t correctly input my reservation time. This isn’t the first time this issue has happened and it’s unfortunate that they let me know the only thing they can do is just cancel my ride. Oh ok sure let me cancel my ride to my chemotherapy because clearly that’s not important. I guess I’ll just be there 2 hrs before my time since it’s so difficult to make a modification. This service is helpful however needs major improvement.

  • Still Needs A Lot of Work

    As much as I appreciate that this app has been created (because the call center would take upwards of five minutes just to get somebody on the phone), the app still has a lot of developments that need to be made. Firstly, the call center button does not connect to the call center it goes to some other service from LA care.

    Additionally, it would be helpful if I could edit an upcoming trip. For example, I make reservations on behalf of my mother at least a week in advance and her appointments are constantly influx. So instead of having to cancel a whole trip, it would be nice if I could just edit the date and/or time of an existing trip. Also, since my mother lives in an apartment, there is no way to notate the apartment number that she lives in so that the door – to – door service can come and find her in the correct space.

    Lastly, can there be a way for me to identify my home address so that I do not have to constantly update it every time? It may seem like a small task, but after booking several appointments at a time, it really does make the process easier.

  • What’s the point?

    It says my trip I have is a will call trip but there’s no button for will call. It just offers the phone number I’ve already been on hold with for 35 minutes while I’m stranded in Alhambra. I need to be able to call the car and there’s no way to do this. So if you have will call you’re just screwed.

  • Remove Already Cancelled Cars from View

    After I cancel a car(s) for a specific date, the "current rides" view becomes cluttered & confusing. Even the "cancelled rides" still display & show no notation that it's no longer a scheduled ride in that view. In order to confirm a rides' status, I have to click-through to check each status, one by one. This gets tedious (and confusing) when you have (for example) 4 appointments in the same day, but had to cancel &/or reschedule 3 of them. In essence, if the rides aren't currently scheduled, I suggest you stop displaying them on the "Current Rides" list as "current," because they no longer ARE current. At the very least, add a line in each ride's entry (in red, as to draw special attention to it?) that displays "Alert: This ride has been cancelled." This would help me, and I think the clarity would help others - especially the elderly. Thanks for listening.

    Wow! Thank you for all of your feedback. It was constructive and we are listening. We understand the concerns regarding the limitations we placed on scheduling in the app. We did this for two reasons 1) we have some restrictions that are in place as required by your health plan 2) we wanted to make sure we limited the opportunity where a ride could not be fulfilled. Since this is a new product for us, we wanted to take a very conservative approach. Through the feedback we are receiving, we understand everyone wants more flexibility. So, we are discussing internally where we can remove some restrictions or soften them. Please give us time, we are listening.   • Great but few problems

    First of all, thanks for doing this. It made managing appointments for my parents a lot easier.

    Few notes:
    - the app crashes when loading calendar in AR locale. I saw this in both sign up and schedule form, both got calendars so I assume it’s the issues.
    - for older phones with no touch/face id It will be great if you can have an option to stay logged in.
    - the appointments most of the time end up being to the same places, it will be great for the app to remember those places so I don’t have to look up phone, name and address each time I schedule.
    - for some reason the app is constantly using GPS. I have to kill it when I am done.

  • Full of bugs

    Will not let you select the time for your pickup. No way to go around that, making the app useless for scheduling transportation appointments
  • Not working

    Thought it would be easier with the app but it doesn’t even let me book an appointment.I keep getting a notice every time I try to put the appointment time.
  • Cannot create an account

    Tried many times to create. No luck. Used phone lines only.
  • Not for IPhone users

    This app does not work for IPhone 10 and above
    It doesn’t recognize my responses to the initial questions about whether or not I can walk! It would only allow me to get an ambulance!
    This is very disappointing and this app needs a lot of work.
