So Glad There’s an App Now
I’ve been shopping with Adagio for about a decade now, and they have always been the nicest and most fun place to get my tea fix. So when I saw there was an app, I was ecstatic! It makes my life so much easier when ordering and, unlike the with website, I can slowly build my order as I run out of teas/find new teas to try without my cart going away if it’s been up too long. It also makes reviewing and browsing for teas sooo much easier and I absolutely adore it.
There are a couple things I feel like could be worked on though. One, I can’t seem to find the rewards section on the app. I know on the website there’s a whole area where you can scroll and see what you can redeem for your rewards, but from what I can find, there’s not an equivalent on the app. Which is fine when I use my rewards for money off, but I do regularly order some teas with my rewards as well so it would be nice if it was easier to do that.
Also, the tracking for packages is a little off. It will tell me when a package is on the way, but the actual tracking info never seems to update (it just says the info is not available), and I have to go on my account on the site to click through to the shipping company to see when it’s going to get here.
Other than that, I’m stoked to have the app and to be able to have quick access to my daily fix, even if it is just me scrolling idly through teas!Bell-Bell

I have been a customer for years now. They turned me on to the joy of quality loose leaf tea. They have so many varieties to choose from and you can get samples to try without having to spend a lot.
