If you are adventurous with your tea tastes, this is the place. So many of the fandom blends are just brilliant, sometimes surprising combinations. There are certainly some misses- but I think most of the time it is a matter of what you like & not just a weird combinations. Priced right; always fresh;
The Adagio site itself is great, I was able to buy a tea set to a certain fandom of my choosing that someone else had made. However, on the app, none of the teas that I had found on the site show up, and furthermore, these teas that I had wishlisted also do not show up on the app. I hope for this to be fixed in the future. I
I love Adagio. So far this is the best place I have found to get teas. The quality is good and the selection is outstanding. The app, however, is terrible. It does not update to match the website or your account. You have to delete and reinstall the app every time you want to use it if you want it synced to your account or the website. That is confirmed with their customer service person. It one time use only. Epic fail.
I’m really rating because I love Adagio’s tea! I would like to see easier access to the CommuniTEA menu, as it takes some searching in the social section of the app to get there. But it’s great for tea lovers, highly recommend!
I have exclusively bought Adagio tea since I discovered it 10 years ago in my teens by chance. I enjoy discovering new flavors, as well as stocking “dependables”, I hope others are intrigued by Adagio to experience the flavors tea has to offer.
The tea here is amazing, the app can have issues however. If you delete the app and reinstall it, it should begin to function as normal. I have purchased a lot of tea from this company and only wish there was a local shop I could go to buy some.
One of my favorite apps to go on. I like just browsing the teas and deciding on ones I wanna try out! It’s awesome that you get to earn points towards rewards! I’m excited to redeem mine soon :)
Not only are the reviews and passionate people on the website helpful, but the customer service I’ve received for a 4 or so inquiries now have been extremely helpful. I’m so glad I caved into buying loose leaf online instead of just in person since Teavana is now long gone. I’m not even the tiniest bit disappointed.
Terrible customer service. The app glitches after updates and you have to remove it and uninstall to get it working again. They also remove promotions randomly (even if they were available when you made an order), so don’t expect that any offers are valid, even if the app reassures you that they will be included with your order! Really unimpressed, especially given how EXPENSIVE the products are!
I do love the ease of using the app. Overall, I’d recommend it! But, I think there are also some major downsides.
One, not all products are listed.
I made an order on the website, and when I went to check it on the app most of the items in my order didn’t shown up on the invoice.
This also goes for custom blends. I can’t find my own custom blends in the app for some reason.
Two, rewards done function well.
On the website I’m able to use my points for free shipping. Within the app, this functionality seems to be missing.
Three, ingredient lists aren’t available.
Again, on the website there are ingredient lists available for some items. These aren’t visible in the app.
Still, having said all of this, I do use and make purchases from the app. Here’s to hoping for future improvements!
