Citizen portal is a very good system, at least you are able to write your grievances and even you get response whether positive or negative. However, I am trying to make a complaint on corruption in land revenue and when I go to province, district it gives me a blank page with option to “cancel” only. Application crashing
Its a very good initiative but application is not stable as it is being crashed when you want to give feedback of the complaints closed so please make sure that application server always remains up and application do not crashes nowadays its being crashed on daily basisMalah82

Really Appreciated
I see alot of people who rated it 1 star because of their political differences. To be honest, this app is the first of this type and its really good. I reported about the water (tanker) distributers and the problem did solve after 6 days. The problem of the municipal committee also got solved in 8 days.Show lessalimazhar4
App not working on all iOS devices
This app doesn’t work on all iOS devices, app crashes after launch and last update 2 months ago, Developers should maintain the app properly and solve this issue.
A large number of users which use iOS device can’t launch complain Please resolve this issue.SohaibSdq1
Need to improve
I tried to create my account on my pasport number but the app says that this passport number is already have an acount please use forgor password option on the other hand when i use forget option it says this passport is not registered ,,, improve your app , this app is very slow as welll , develpor please reply my comment if you readShow lessnIghtowllllllllllllllllllllll
Good effort but fix other gov websites too
Citizen Portal is a good effort and at least they respond to you. Whether they are able to help you or not is a different issue.
Almost all govt websites are broken with outdated information. You should look at fixing those too. It is embarrassing that wafaqi mohtasib website has a broken complaints link right on the main page and pakistan post’s customer service emails are returned undelivered. Not so helpful process
Lodged complaint twice. In the feedback I was told to complain to another government department and they gave me their address and phone number. Didn’t actually resolve my problem but rather just told me to go and complain to another department - to get progress in these matters in Pakistan is impossible. App itself is easy to use but no way to reply or message once your complain is submittedShow lessChalaako
Passward recovery not working
I registered through app but after few month of use I automatically log-out from app.. now when ever i tried to log in, its showing as my credentials is wrong. I tried to recover password through CNIC and passport no.. both denied by saying “its seem not registered “ when i tried to registered again then app is saying that i am already registered through these credentials. I am stuck between this.
