Its a great initiative by the govt of Pakistan and issues actually get resolved here. But sometimes there are problems like the App Crashes. Like these days its asking for some more verifications related to profile and when you click ok to verify or proceed the App Crashes, please get this issue resolved rest the app is great.Show lessHmzaaaaa1

100% Crashes every time on Verify Number
Awesome idea by the Government, but pathetic execution by the App developers. When it works, the response on complaints is great but I haven’t been able to start the app since it started asking to verify number, you click on verify number and it crashes, 100%, EVERY SINGLE TIME, can’t get beyond that, no feedback/response on the complaints on reviews, guess they should make an app to make complaints for this app LOLShow lessRapt0r5

My idea will help to improve system.
Very good application to improve our Pakistan, a request start punishing corrupt officers like China does. They deserve punishment like Chinese government does. We have example just follow the foot prints and achieve Goals.

Non Pakistan phone number
One can not verify phone number since there is only Pakistan network phone verification available. I am overseas Pakistani and a person working in a government institution of Pakistan not verifying my documents even I provided all fee and asking for rishwat.Tahir_shaikh
App Crashes and Other Bugs
Its too difficult to use the app as it crashers a lot.
One more major bug is that attachments provided during the complaint by the respondent are not accessible. It never opens.
Fixing these issues will make the app experience much better.Ahmed.H95
