I had been unable to access the portal for about an year in spite of various requests. Recently I got a new password but for another person’s account. My details have been added but my records of complaints is absent. The record of the complaints etc belongs to other person. This is a breach of privacy and careless handling of issues by your staff. Police complaint
I have made two police complaints and one complaint police says partial relief granted and can view police comment in attachment but no relief received and can’t open attachment. Complaint now closed and police give no explanation.
Second complaint sitting with assistant commissioner of Kotli nearly three weeks and not progressing although I send several emails to support email of portal but no one complains.
There is no justice given by this portal for overseas Pakistanis because police officer not accountable to portal therefore proving useless unfortunately!Show lessjdk sac ngfmx

App is great but buggy
This app is amazing but it is so buggy that it has no use. Before I couldnt email verify myself since the app crashed everytime I tried. Now the app keeps loading and doesn’t work at all. They need to fix this ASAPskhan1213
Laudable performance
I really appreciate the system and the team work behind this amazing forum. My issue has been resolved with the time frame. I am delighted that Prime Minister Imran Khan took the initiative to address the issue of common people of Pakistan in general and specially, for the oversea to Pakistanis like us. Thanks again. I reported several times about the multiple blunders from your portal, which I sent through the emails and contact us forms the portal and even Twitter. I didn't get any reply from you and your support team.
However, I reported many times about your software crashes, but no answer from you guys and you didn’t respect overseas Pakistanis but you claimed it all the time.
In addition, I received notifications about profile updates and there is no requirement for any updates but when I press the update button your software crushes it on me every time. My actual case is still pending no updates and after the 5th month, you are asking me to update my profile.
My profile is already verified then what is the point, did you take $$$ from another party or what?Show lessFahad-FRK
Not very user friendly for overseas Pakistanis
While submitting my complaint as a FDI from Canada your portal requires my address but in the address section does not give us the option of typing our city, province and country. The option only allows us to select from Pakistan’s cities, Provinces, Tehsil etc. as overseas Pakistani we should have the options to select our cities and country of residenceShow lessOPFDI
Poor effort
03 JAN 2021. This app is not working after an update. It crashes on ios 14.3 , the latest version of ios. Even when it is working, nothing happens when I launched complaints pertaining to repairs of roads. I got message, “relief provided,” but the roads were more broken than before.
