Hi I was trying to login it tells me I have to register when I already had an account so I try to register but it tells me my information is already registered don’t find any solution email at support email no response and there is no help line to help with these issues very poor and incomplete applicationShow lesssami9915
App is not working
At 3rd step when i entered my passport no it took forever and never complete the registration process. I am trying from last one week. Tried from three different phone but nothing work. Came here to make complaint but I think our PM Imran khan never see complaints about app itself.Ssuulman
Keep up the good work
I am impressed that day by day the quality is improving. I am happy with that portal way to lodge complains against wrongdoings of government staff. Keep up the good work. Definitely deserve 5 stars service. Just try to resolve the issue in short time as well.

Feedback failure
If the problem is not solved within 42 days as suggested there is no way you can escape your problem to a higher authority or interact to find out what is being done about the problemasimyuyel
Not a useful application
I have tried twice but it is extremely poorly developed and has same stupid options and require lots of detail. If we request for policy change at highest level they still ask for specific location and forward it to related office. Useless application.PM IK's Supporter
Issue resolve objections
With very due respect, i appreciate for this app launched. In the beginning of this app, it was working good. But later on I highlighted some official issues which were not resolved properly and disposed off my complaint without any positive responses/result. I hope you will work on it to take proper fair legal action on wrong/illagel activities and will make sure to help to the people for solve their right and legal issues. May Allah give you strength to take action against corrupt, Mafia who is already looting and doing corruption and doing illegal activities in officials exercise and favoring and disfavoring to the public and May Guide you on right path. Difficulty in registration for Overseas Pakistani
It is not accepting number from canada and continuously giving error. Trying for past two months. Kindly provide solution.Sajjad-Hassan
Can’t reply to “Info Requested”
Some more information was asked from me regarding my complaint but I cant reply to that query. There is an option to reply but unfortunately the “submit” button does not show up to finalise the information. Looks like some inexperienced team is handling the app development and maintenance department. Feeling disappointed.Show lessKhuramT
Poorly Developed & Worst App Management
This is supposed to be the best App for Pakistan's highest office. Unfortunately this is poorly designed, pathetic management and looks like being managed by unprofessional people.
Nothing works properly, we are almost ending with third year. Click for suggestions takes you to complaints, Guidance tab takes you no where, app crashing is very frequent ... are you guys seriously managing an app for Prime Minister's Office?
Please show some professionalism and expertise, your work looks like substandard college interns' failure project.

App is not taking my number
I am an overseas Pakistani living in Oman. I have tried to register my self but the app is asking for nine digit number but here we have only eight digit number. Kindly fix the problem so I can register.gilanis92
