  • Bugs and Issues

    The app overall is good but whenever I try to open any attachments in a complaint, the app doesn’t respond. And when I try to slide the attachments after clicking on either one of them, the app crashes and automatically shuts down. Please resolve this issue.

    When try to submit a complaint app close automatically. Not able to submit a complaint
  • It's okay but unstable

    It exits itself frequently, not stable at all.
    Although it's a step towards the right direction as otherwise our tax paid beaurucracy would eat us alive.

    But immediate improvements are needed. Once you the wire down all your complaint and press submit and puff... all is gone and you have to start again meeting the same fate yet again.

  • Not helpful portal

    This portal not able to help overseas Pakistanis. In pandemic the flights are suspended but they insist to come Pakistan for necessary paperwork. They should understand that when flights are closed and government is not going to give little extension time then I don’t understand the purpose of this portal. They must learn how to resolve the issue instead of making tough for citizens. It the same old policy.

  • Crashing

    I have been using this app since a long time. But form previous few months it starts to crash randomly. First, it doesn’t allow me to login. Now when I click on my “Open Complaints” or any other option in Complaints section; it just crashes and push me to Home Screen.

    Kindly fix this issues as soon as possible.

  • Email verification does not work on main pop up

    This is great step taken by the Pakistani government to provide a portal to it’s citizens. I am a Pakistani living abroad and cannot always go to a local government office to complain; therefore, this portal is very useful. So far, there are two problems with the iOS app that I have noticed: first, the email verification pop up on the main screen does not work. Each time I clicked on verify, the app closed. The work around was to go into menu and send verification from there. Second, the mobile number requires a fixed length of digits according to Pakistani mobile numbers and does not account for shorter mobile numbers from countries that use less than 10 digits. The workaround was to pad the end with zeros to help complete the registration. After registering, the app does not allow me to change my mobile 😕.

  • Not very user friendly- needs improvement

    Updating profile is an uphill task. While complaints are responded to, the room & speed of improvement is limited due to poor customer care services for issues with the app itself. I have tried multiple times to switch my account from resident Pakistani to overseas and all my complaints are closed on pretext that I do not attend my contact number in Pakistan. I don’t how they expect me to do that while I am a British resident now. Can’t even switch account Cz customer services won’t help either.

  • Registration error

    This app has been created by first years who have taken a single lesson in programming! They have created the registration process as a simple torture mechanism!!! Did you even give it a proper test run?! I am 100% you did not!!! The field in which a person is suppose to enter their landline number isn't even working! The field refuses to take in any input and when a person tries to register without it the app crashes!!!! Are you guys having a good laugh!!!!

  • CDA complain how they dealt my complain

    I am much disappointed with CDA Islamabad. I have put my complain and they dealt with my case very badly . To answer my complain they just write one sentence without explanation and fail to answer my questions with full explanation. I want to requestMP please consider my case personally as and reopen it and to deal this case with compassion. Please provide us with proper plate-form where case may be deal not one sided but properly . I hope this feedback will helpful and show how citizen are frustrated when there is no way to appeal your case further.

  • Failure to give details of complaint after receiving comments and demanding further info

    I filed a complaint to rectify the condition of biometric verification of bank account on retired government employees residing overseas. The director general OPF demanded further information with timeline of 48 hours. As I opened the comments box and completed the task. The key board did to go away to open submit part. All my effort went wasted. Please rectify further or guide me if I am proceeding wrongly. Thanks
