  • Complain Closure Option

    Citizen portal is good initiative for citizen to highlight issues faced by them or complains. Need to give closure option to citizen for make sure end user got solution or his complain solved with some days to close it or keep it open if not solved otherwise it close by itself if concern department saying they solved it, because some time concern department is saying they solve the issue but end user not getting solution of his complain so it will be better to give complain closure option to citizen or at least give them re opening option of following complain instead for them to again launch new complain which increase again the same process of going from first person to last for solution. It will help a lot.

  • App crashing on iPhone

    After today’s update. App keeps crashing again whenever you click on complaints in progress tab, feedback or total complaints tab

    I appreciate this app but the can’t do anything by itself. Just dropping a complain is not the proper measure of problems but the practical application on those problems could make a significant difference. As per my experience, our machinery and bureaucracy is too lazy and has sunk into a swamp of bribery. Higher authorities indulgence and strict vigilance could make a positive impact only.

  • How can I reply if info has been requested

    I lodged a complaint to PM of Pakistan and some more info has been requested. How can I reply to the same complaint and provide more info as I cannot see any option.

    Please suggest if possible how to reply for the existing complaint when info has been requested.

  • Powerful app to gets response fast against complaints

    I raised a complaint about electricity phase missing, first directly at relevant department and it was like going to deaf ears. But then I installed this app and logged my complaint and also mentioned all the details about my complaints. As soon as I launched my complaint I could see it got assigned to chairman of relevant department and then he delegated it to correct department and then eventually got assigned to complaint manager. Issue was sorted in just three days. Best thing about the app is I could see where and who is my complaint with and any comment they added when delegating plus having date in it. I would say it’s a fantastic powerful tool where our voice and can heard and issue is addressed with SLA. This app works in a top to bottom approach which is what’s needed in developing countries.

  • Inbox Crashes

    The whole project is great initiative and you get response of your legit complains. In new update inbox is not working and crashes the app, needs to be fixed. Good Work Developers Team 👏🏻
  • Great initiative

    I would like to appreciate all of those involved in this idea if app. But I think still some things needs to be fixed. For example.
    Whole text should be shown when writing the feed back. As I can see right now when writing a review.

    When I click on any response from a chain of actions through the complaint process, it does pop up but takes time. It should be quicker.

  • Its a Fraud - Dont bother putting a complaint

    This app is supposed to resolve complaint and not reply the same old answer “Its not our area or Job - go to someone else”.
    I received the same answer on complaint for repairing a road which was damaged for 5 years; I received answer that we can not resolve the problem because road is part of cantonment board. Is Cantt area not part of Pakistan?
    This app is fraud and just point scoring.

  • Good app with great potential

    So the app has lots of potential to be a very good aid for all of Pakistan. However constant crashes lead to no issue being solved. How can one complain about an issue when the app crashes? Whenever I try to open an ongoing complaint on my iPhone 7 the screen goes black and the app crashes. Please fix this and lots of other bugs. With a little bit of development this app can become one of the most powerful tools available to all Pakistanis. Please improve the app!
