I in last one year or so lodged 4 complaints but no action taken on any of them. Citizens portal is just a waste of time and nothing more. The complaint is passed from one desk to another and eventually nothing happens and no relief is given. Its just an eye wash and the government officials are just fooling the PM and the complainants
Very recently the PM has very categorically instructed all chief secretary’s to take strict action against land grabbers but of no use coz these land grabbers are feeding the concer people too
I lodged a complaint against a famous land grabber who had illegal Qabza on my plot but the reply is just a joke I would suggest to please make my complaint as a case study and please present it to PM . It may improve the working and may be that in future some action is taken on complaints of general public and poor peopleShow lesskhan 38
“server not responding “
I’ve many a times attempted to get sense of this portal but for some reason, Initially it kept crashing on me, and now an error message “server not responding “ which also spread for a brief time.
Some how finally the only option that seem to be taking some sort of input.
Hope it reaches the people who would fix it for it to work for good.Show lessAmylove2play
Pathetically developed
Given that this is an official app by the government of Pakistan, it is extremely pathetic and despicable that this kind of useless and deplorable app has been approved by the higher ups of a nation. The app does not let me update my mobile number or any piece of information while making me go around in circles with redundant commands and buttons that don’t even work. It is almost laughable how insanely pitiful the ability of this portal’s developers is, with zero user-experience capabilities.Show lessGbaig
Useless
This app is only for show and non related to solving issues like other government employees it bounces the complaints from one office to other and result at the end is same as any office in Pakistan unless bribe given to get the legal work done but sadly it’s not taking any money otherwise it would deal with complaint straight away. I have made few complaints with proof against MNA who is robbing the people by taking money off the projects hence people are left stranded.
This app is fraud and just provides automated messages.

This is glitchy AF
I entered my overseas number and it created a profile then as soon as I logged in, it told me number is not correct and I need to change so I thought ok will do that, then when I went to change it, it doesn’t click on the field to change the number and it’s not letting me proceed. It’s driving me insane. I dont know which moron made this app. There are so many errors.Show lessBlahblah11223
App is not working consistently
Very great idea initiated by PM, but those who has given the responsibility to operate and making sure that this app should be working 100 percent is not achieved it is sad reality of our existence.
Most of the item , whenever you lodge a complaint and later on you try to check the status it will says that “the tracking system is not available.Show lessShamsher Muhammad
App keeps closing every now and then
Hi, I am an overseas Pakistani living in UK, came to Pak last year and someone told me about this app we have a severe water supply issue at place where I live. I have been using this app for a year now, tried to log a complaint, but every time you try to click something it will crash the app and app will close. Please I can not understand the people responsible for making this app, are they not even using the app themselves I mean how can you make something that is so useless that it does not even fulfil the purpose it was made for. Keeps crashing
App is horrendous! Instead of allowing someone to make a complaint on the citizens portal its the app itself that I am complaining about! It clearly doesn't work on IOS and needs serious fixing.
Keeps crashing in between over and over again when asking me to validate email. Was crashing when asking me to update my data. Dont know when I will actually get a chance to leave my complaint on the portal!!!!!Show lessnonickname123321
Great idea, sub-par quality
As many reviewer have expressed , the app crashes often and with the latest update , I can’t even get into the app. Sad to see a great initiative being destroyed by sub-par technology staff and poor quality control. Please fix it !Dominick Santiago

Who is land grabbing all my assets as he is the one who knows everyone has bought out the police after spending over 50 years and investing in Pakistan the people and the system are a disgrace as much as my father and brother who have bought out everyone imaginable
The complaint is being investigated by the people who the complaint is about so how can you get justice
