Great App. A few tweaks would be helpful
Essential resource for any student of Chinese Medicine. I have found two major issues, which I hope the app developers would consider resolving in future updates:
1. Font size on the iPad app: the font is extremely small and there is no way to enlarge it. I do not use the iPad app as a result. Please address this issue.
2. It would be helpful if the Chinese names for the channels would be included, such as those for the Extraordinary Vessels, Governing Vessels, etc. Many teachers use the chinese names when referring to these channels, and without even a reference to these names in the MoA, it makes it difficult to navigate. The points all have english and Chinese, so it would make sense to have the same for the channels.

Excellent study & clinical tool
This app is a wonderful resource, easy to use while providing a wealth of knowledge at my fingertips. In depth information for each acupuncture point with helpful videos for point location. Excellent customer service during my upgrade process. Wise investment.songbird medicine

This was a great app when I first purchased however they keep dumping you out and making the app harder to use unless you purchase a higher version. I would shop around before purchasing this electronic acupuncture manual.kbtzf

Hi kbtzf, we're sorry to hear you feel this way. Our intention is quite the opposite, and we've invested a large amount of time and money to improve our products over the years. We switched to a log-in system in order to bundle website access to the Pro level (the higher version is no easier to use, it just has more features). We have had some issues in the past with the login system, but as far as we're aware these have been resolved for some time now. Please contact support@amanualofacupuncture.com and we can help resolve this problem. Unfortunately there is an ongoing problem with some in-app purchases failing. We are doing everything we can to solve it, but in the meantime we manually upgrade everyone as quickly as possible. To save time, please send a screenshot of your purchase receipt and confirm which email address you use to log in to the app.Have old version can’t get the app on my iPads.
Very disappointed- this wasn’t a cheap app. I’ve been trying to contact the developer, making that 3 times via the email provided for support to restore my app. I was so frustrated I was going to buy it again but I can’t even buy a new one because it says I’ve already bought it.
No one has responded to me. It’s disappointing as I need the access on my new iPad. There is literally no one to talk to about this..Show lessKrisdanaZ

The first message we received from you was on Nov 16th, and we responded the following day with instructions on how to restore your purchase. Well worth investing in this App (value for money!). I have tried several in the past but this one has my full respect. The videos and drawings are excellent as are the explanations which are easy to read and understand. What sealed it for me was the excellent and prompt customer service I received when I raised a concern about payment/membership. All sorted now.Show lessmfmlob

There must be some confusion as Giovanni was never involved with this app or the book it is based on. Nor are we trying to get anyone to pay for anything they’ve already paid for.
