Worst respond & upgrade
I have been using this apps since the old version started. With lots of technical issue finally got pro version. Of course I had to pay for that instead of fixing their issue.
I found that when I needed the most for my test & exam. My password doesn’t work. When I contacted via email. Their response, a support representative will review and will send personal response with in 2 working days.
This is a digital age but they seem to be in snail pace when solving problem. This is how they respond with their customers!Show lessJunglebook1
Standard version issues initially
The app did not automatically upgrade to the standard version when I purchased it. This was inconvenient because I had planned on using it later that day and the next. After emailing the customer service team, I heard back from them 2 - 3 days later. They had me fill out a form to ‘restore’ the service, but once I did that, it worked by later that day. It’s a great app though. Am glad I purchased it. So if you have the time and don’t mind the hassle this might potentially cause you, then it’s likely worth it.Show lesskatherine moon

Been in practice for 13 years. This app is definitely a must for new and even seasoned practitioners.

Poor transition to new version
Once they updated their app, myself and many colleagues have been unable to access the new version, despite repeated communication and outreach via email, that often go unanswered. You spend a lot on this app and then aren’t able to access it anymore.TCMpractitioners
Coupon code
I bought the textbook which came with a discount code for the digital pro membership, however when I try to use it it says it does not exist. Cannot find any contact information to contact them either.acu punk
Why do I lose my Pro membership when I upgrade my device?
I’ll log in from my old Ipad2 and my membership will be just fine, however I recently downloaded it on my new iPhone and it’s asking me to upgrade to Pro. It’s the same account...acuislife
