Disappointed
Had the old version and ask me to register on it to get the standard membership for new version but the old version will never let me login and always direct me to a wrong info page and new version is asking for more money......used to like this software but I don’t like the way they take my money...... go for something else.Show lesslxm1985

You are not required to pay again. If you are a user of the old app, your credentials may not be recognised in all cases so the system won't know you're a paid user. Please contact us via support@amanualofacupuncture.com and we can help restore your access.Please fix logged out usage
I routinely use this app with other Chinese medicine apps. This app is the most expensive app and also is the one that gives me grief every time I open it as it always asks me to login.
Problems that this causes:
- can’t access the app I paid for when I don’t have signal
- slows down accessing information
- doesn’t leave you in the last place you were looking

I have been using this app since 2011 and it is very very good. The inclusion of short videos with audio illustrating the positioning and needling technique of each point is a master stroke and that alone makes the app worth every penny of the cost. Buy it, you will not be disappointed!lightxposure
The most complete app on acupuncture that you will find!
I purchased this app after giving away my hard copy book to my acupuncturist. I quickly realized that I missed my book and decided to try out the app. I am so happy I did because it is so much more convenient to use and access information compared to the book. You will not find any more complete resource on acupuncture out there in terms of content and information. MOA is truly the holy grail on acupuncture. I also had quick support help from a log in issue I had for accessing the book online, which was fixed within a day. Great app, and great support! As an acupuncturist, this book was the “Bible” back when I was in school and studying for the board exams. I am so happy to see this book is now an electronic version for your phone, tablet and computer. I love the videos too as you can see the placement & position of the needle on an actual person. Such a scam
I used around $35( I can’t remember the exact amount but it’s around this price) to buy this app, then I changed my iphone, I used the same account to log in, they asked me to buy again!!! Crazy.彬子101010102

The new app is great, and includes background content of the acupuncture points from the actual manual itself . The videos are informative for positioning, depth, and angle of needling. The developer is quick to respond and resolve issues. The app. Also allows access to purchase CPD video courses plus the app allows downloading of its content to be used when offline. Did not receive upgrade!
I installed the app and paid for the upgrade to “Pro” immediately, June 5. $76.15
I logged in many times and I still am having access only to “Lite” version.
Please correct this as soon as possible!!Pro Upgrade Please

I started using this service 6 years ago, when I had to sit for exam to get an acupuncturist certificate in NZ as a Japanese professional acupuncturist. Thanks to this amazingly well organised program, learning by myself, I passed the test and have worked till recently in NZ. Now I became again a student of a college here and needed to brush up my knowledge. I was amazed that my account was still there as a life long member while I was ready to pay the whole price as I knew it it was truly worthy. Unable to access
After updating app access is not possible. Keeps saying sorry unable to connect you. Control your internet, which works perfectly well except for your acupuncture app. First version was much better.
How can I solve this?
