Chipotle Mayo

Please give us the ability to add chipotle mayo sauce on our custom burritos when ordering through the app.

It’d be extra cool if you could give us the option of adding a dipping sauce in the side of the order. To-go orders barely ever get side of salsa or dipping sauce

Love Erewhon — Hate App

I love Erewhon but boy do I hate their app. It’s really sad that the app is unusable because it’s really designed well. A company that charges $22 per rotisserie chicken (no hate! quality stuff) should definitely be able to afford to hire an app designer, as a professional app designer myself working for dismal pay. The payment system for pickup does not authorize ANY cards (whether mine or someone else’s) and picking a new primary store is very glitchy. A LOT of work needs to be put into this app before the cashiers push you to download it.

Impressed

Having worked as a product director in the grocery ecomm space I can confidently say this is a good product. The back end of something like this is quite complex, so the way they’ve streamlined the user experience on top is fantastic. Kudos to the leadership, design, and development team on this one.

This is Nowhere good

Please improve this app, recent updates made it worse and the last few days app crashes when I try to open. These recommendations apply to your website. Considering the corp is making so much money the least they can do is improve its website/app to enhance customer experience

1. Removed ability to put instructions when ordering groceries
2. Once a store is assigned there is no way to change it
3. Customer unable to see/add orders from daily chefs specials
4. Yes, one can add items to “my list” but would be great to see a list of recent purchases

App

New app/ website still has a bug. I have to re-enter my cc info every time I place an order. It will not take the saved info from previous order. Order will fail and say “activation required.” This is a hassle. Particularly if you want to place an order and do not have your card in front of you.

Much better after update

App is much more intuitive after the latest update. Say what you will about the pricing of their products but their hot bar food is tastier and healthier than most restaurants while being very fairly priced for the quality of food you’re getting.

Awesome redesign and functionality improvement, especially for members. Can’t wait to see what’s next!

Horrendous Employee Conduct

Was standing outside and was bumped into twice (intentionally) by an employee who tried to hide that he was in fact an employee. Same day, different occasion another employee not in any kind of uniform harassed, assaulted and chased me off the sidewalk and into the street. I was not a customer and never will be. What kind of “business” acts like this? Pathetic. Ask for video link.

App is very intuitive to use and pictures are good too

I found the app to be very intuitive to use; navigation to get around to find the items I wanted to order was easy. Having actual pictures of all the items is a definite bonus and gave me confidence that I was going to get what I was intending to order.

bad experience

I don’t support companies that punish the homeless and the people who try to help them. Bad user experience UX and moreover even worse that they turned off comments on all social media platforms as a protective measure. They know they did wrong and are just hoping the whole thing will blow over, I’m gonna do what I can to ensure that it does not.
