Doesn’t make shopping easier
Constantly hit with pop up windows asking me to sign up to their newsletters and throwing puzzles at me asking if I am human. Whats the point of the app if I keep getting these browser pop ups?Vivid Leprosy

I would like to mention what wonderful service my sister and I got when we went into the all saints store in the arndale in Manchester, all the staff and manager were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient, it’s such a pleasure to go into this store, I visit it regularly!! I stopped shopping with them after my account got deleted (one day my credentials just stopped working) and no email comes after I hit forgot password and enter my email addressKrstnbgmlva
Made the experience worse with update
The new update has made the browsing experience much worse, there are too many functions competing for attention and the full screen with lazy load is difficult to view, plus removing the menu is a bad idea. A 2-up grid layout is better than 2-up followed by full as jumping scale makes for harder browsing. Clear space around models is too tight giving the container an uneasy feel. Transition affects are overpowering, it feels unnecessary and less app, more website. I used to love browsing this app and almost always ended up buying something but this design is so frustrating it’s forcing me to use the website.
