Can’t see orders
I like the app, but when you try to see your orders or anything to do with that matter it will not do it.

customer service+filtering
I like the format of the app it’s very well organized but I am unable to filter what specific items i’m looking for if I touch the filter button it automatically exits me out of the app and restarts I am also not able to use my gift card I had to use it on the online website instead, they told me that I had to contact customer service but I read the terms and there should have been no problem and resulted in going online and it worked.

Filters are not working
I love a retail app but the filters are an absolute must can this be looked into and resolved. When you try to use the filter it kills the app.

***app that hasn’t worked for 12 months!!!!!***
Hi. The app is great and through lockdown I used it regularly no issues. However, does anybody check it for bugs regularly? Because now everytime I click “filter” the app quits/shuts down. This has been happening for 6 months now. I was shocked just now when I checked back after a couple of months break. It still has not been fixed. Nobody responds to support requests

Can’t Filter
Selecting the Filter button closes the app. You would think that this is a pretty basic problem to fix. How did this ever get shipped?

For a high end brand, I am very disappointed.

Difficulty browsing
Payment was swift and quick however user browsing experiencing on the mobile app was difficult and frustrating.
1. Every time I click filter the app shuts down
2. Loading the basket (which only had 2 things) took about 30 seconds
3. App not responding when trying to swipe thru the images of a product - this behaviour was not consistent

don’t enable notifications for this app.
all saints is a great store but the application violates apple app store rule 5.6 and sends marketing push notifications at all hours.

Fix the App
Everytime I hit the filter button to try to sort my size the app crashes! Fix it so I can shop!
