App Unfit for Purpose
This app is unable to correctly price journeys or take pre-payment. The company appears to believe this makes it acceptable for their cabs to either turn up late or not turn up at all. If they do turn up they’ll charge you double the price quoted on the app. I suspect they only actually assign a cab once you call the automated line to check why your car hasn’t turned up.
I suggest avoiding Star Cars until they build an app that allows a customer to agree a price, reserve a taxi in advance of their journey and pay for it on the app.Show lessThemistralblows

Poor Service
I have been a regular customer of this service for quite a while, generally not a bad service.
As of tonight’s lack of service (19/10/22) I will not be using star cars again.
I have never rated any of your drivers less than 5 stars but only because i am polite, trust me , not all of them deserved that rating.
