Something’s changed
This is the only option available as a work benefit. Whatever update they made since last year has made it harder to navigate. The only real thing they want you to see is your credit score. It’s right there when you log in at the top in huge bold letters with a large grapes. Absolutely useless information in regard to my motitered information. I would rather see a big message saying NO ALERTS or a giant number in red when there is one. Also, upon renewal, all of my information was wiped clean and I had to reenter all my data. Will let my company know and hopefully we can get something else.Developer Response

Ever since the redesign earlier this year, which the only sent one passing email about with scant instructions on how to sign up, I cannot access the app anymore because I used my personal email to sign up for IDShield. Now that it all links back to LegalShield, which is a benefit offered through my employer, I’m told I’m not a member upon logging in. Unfortunately, I have another year or so before open enrollment at work again, but if nothing changes, then you can rest assured I will cancel the service and stop wasting my money.Developer Response

I think they changed stuff 3 times since I used them. It go so annoying I dropped them. The changed the URL where you had to “resign up” to have your data moved over. Then just recently, I had to do all this stuff to get into my account again due to changes. The app isn’t smooth or easy to use at all.Developer Response
