Simplicity
I was impressed with the simplicity of this app. It asks a lot less questions than the other Flex providers. It would have been nice if we could see the attachment after attaching it to double check for accuracy. Also, to have an option to always transfer the balance to a designated bank account without having to do it each time would have been icing on the cake!

Total nightmare!
If I could give zero stars I would. I send in the same exact documents every month and still they deny my request. I consistently have to waste my time calling, speaking to a supervisor to get it approved, and even with the supervisor notes and a note from me stating to read the notes, they still continue to deny the request. Different procedures should be put in place because every request is different and not all doctors work and supply us with all the information that is requested by TASC. I’ve become a nuisance to most of the doctors I go to because so much is asked of me to get from them. It’s just not working out and wish they’d do some of the legwork and call the doctors office themselves and get the information they are asking us to get. Let them deal with the responsibility.

Terrific, mostly
Generally works great. Some odd distractions: not clear where in the app you can request a replacement card. If you try the Support page, the only possible answer to “What topic can we help with?” and “Tell us more” is “Update my file” on the drop-down menu. (Is it a ‘menu’ if there’s only one possible selection?). And if you fill out the feedback survey, there’s nowhere for detail or explanation. It’s just one of those How satisfied/How likely to recommend surveys.

Runaround
We just switched to TASC this month. I set up everything online and through the mobile app. They just informed us every transaction that every single charge has to have a receipt or detailed information to be approved or they will freeze the account. The previous company we used, you could take picture with your phone and upload them easily. However, I just went back to update with some receipts and it says my user is no longer valid. The only way I could get help to log in was call the 800 number and they sent me to benefits. Benefits told me to go online. I can logon online to the website version but not the app and the login information from the 800 number was wrong. I’m stuck trying to figure out how to upload of the receipts through the computer now. It’s not user friendly and customer service didn’t help at all. Hope this isn’t what the rest of the year will be like.

Money we can use on
I do have an issue that I am not allowed to buy a oral B tooth brush or go to a plastic surgeon. I will no longer use task and same the money myself. I am having trouble spending the excess money not used. I should be refunded and just have to pay the 25 % save on taxes. Not lose 100 percent of the money. So again I will just save the 100 dollars in a separate account and use it for whatever I please. Those of you that use TASC it can be useful if money is needed upfront. But it long run not so much.

Mostly great, couple of ideas for improvements
This app is great but could use a couple of improvements for user ease, in my opinion. I get reimbursed by the same providers repeatedly but I have to type their long name in each time. How about once I add them, they show in a drop down box so I can just choose them again. I thought I had this happen once, but have never had it work like that again. The only other thing I would improve is a clearer connection between the individual reimbursements and my cash moving to my checking. The lists are so long and include every single transaction of everything that it’s overwhelming. I want to be able to easily see that the total moved to my checking was from the copay on date x, y and z without a ton of clicks or keeping track on paper. There must be a way you can break that out or break it up in the long list. Otherwise, this app is great and requesting a reimbursement is made very easy. Thank you!

FAST, EASY & CONVENIENT
The TASC app in my opinion is so much more convenient. The ability to view remaining funds and Also view past transactions. It’s very user friendly even for the individuals whom aren’t tech savvy, you’ll catch on to the flow of things quickly. I rate this app at a 5 star. It’s a newer released platform and still seems like there hasn’t been any issues causing users delays or inconveniences.. so I’m eager to see what the future brings and what kinda upgrades will be added to this well built app.

SCAM!!!
This app and the service company is a scam designed to grift you out of your money. The app does not work or gives you false information about your account. Customer service gives you the run around and gives you double talk and empty promises to address issues until you either get so frustrated you give up or they delay so long in addressing the issue that you miss deadlines and your funds are forfeited. If your company is using this option don’t buy in.

Very simple and intuitive
I’ve been using this app for a while now. Everything I need to manage my FSA and Home Office Account is right here. Reimbursements are a breeze, submitting backup for my expenses, that I use the card for, is just like taking a picture with my phone. I was even able to order a replacement card from the app without having to call in. Reimbursements have sometimes been complete in under 10 min.
