A study at UCSD Medical Center shows Kelee meditation decreases stress, anxiety and depression.

The meditation instruction provided in this app is very abstract and unhelpful. What does this mean — feel your conscious awareness? What is the user supposed to feel or not feel? Think or not think?

Also, the app is not functioning correctly. When I try to listen to the recordings and videos again, they don’t play.
