Looks good, but does not work
My job offered access to this service as a benefit, however i do not really see it working. Signed up for a session, never got a confirmation with the info on where the session is happening.
So i see it as a complete waste of time and money for the employers, do not fall for it.

Bug
There's a bug where there's a constant notification on the app icon even though there are no updates
Broken App Registration
After signing in as a new user, it’s stuck on the “What can we help with?” form/page where it wants me to choose 3 areas, but there’s no content to choose from.
The continue button is disabled until selections are made. Tapping the blue question mark next to the title shows an equally empty Examples page.
To continue I need to ditch the app and run through the setup process on your website.
Please fix the problem for future users.

Cannot use on my iPhone SE
App does not fit iPhone SE screen :(
Basic UI Problems
Cannot scroll in places that require scrolling to confirm. You cannot get a therapist on the app because of this, as the, “When it comes to scheduling therapy, I feel...” section completely blocks the confirmation that must be there, as all the options do nothing.
Strict cancellation policies
This app is not flexible with its strict and impassible rule to post pone less than 24 hour from the session. It is not catered towards busy professionals and only adds stress to my already stressful life
Doesn’t Work
Launched the app and signed in, I see “Get Started in Minutes,” a 1,2,3 list, and a blue line at the bottom which I’m assuming is supposed to be a button I can’t scroll to. Seems like the app isn’t configured correctly for iPhone 8.
Ui bug
When trying to submit something the ui button gets under the keyboard of the text is bigger than the given space.
Which then makes it impossible to click the button.
If it’s intended to prevent from type extra it’s dumb. Add a character count not a UI glitch.

Pretty terrible
I had an appointment scheduled for 5 minutes from now and accidentally clicked the cancel button trying to close a pop up window. How do you not have a confirmation window for canceling an appointment? Amateur hour.
