    Very very slow process. Everytime I buy something I get an email saying thanks for your purchase then a minute later another mail saying there is a problem with your order. Even buying as a guest I get the same issue

  • Transaction is just pending

    So today I purchased an Amazon gift card from this app and although my bank shows that it went through but the moola app still shows my purchase pending
    I don’t know if I am supposed to wait or what I already tried to contact them through their website hope it works later I will come to edit my review

  • Slow and undeveloped

    Horrible, avoid at all cost.The promo not worth it. Saw the promotion in the restaurant, downloaded the app and bought a 150 CAD gift card. It turned that you cannot use it right away as the transaction is still pending. It took 6 six hours for someone to contact you via email to confirm your credit and the transaction. It’s not like they promised that most issues can be fixed in 1 hour. In the end I had to use my credit card again for my meal.
    It just causes unnecessary anxiety and sweat for that promotion. Not worth it!

  • Great app great service

    My transaction got pending for a few times but representative is able to reach out super fast to solve the issues for me even on a Sunday! And that’s absolutely amazing! Special thanks to support team rep, Rose! Very fast response and hopeful. Overall, best gift card purchase app ever!

  • NEEDS WORK ON GIVING ME MY CARD SOONER

    Bought a 25$ PlayStation card and it says there’s a problem with my order and it’s stuck on pending don’t use this app unless they fix it

  • First Order Cancelled

    Bought an Indigo gift card for my first order. It was immediately flagged and I got a notice on the app saying to send an email to their support email. I figured - hey it’s my first order they probably just want to make sure I’m not a bot.

    So I email them with my info such as the order number. I get a response back asking for more info which I give. Then before their stated 72 hours in which they’ll cancel, they cancel my order with no warning.

    The kicker? The payment is pending on my credit card.

  • Amazing app for Saks Shopping

    This app is such amazing. It helps me save lots of money. Even I can buy Saks Fifth Avenue gift card with 5%off on it which is means buying Prada with discount! Love it and wi recommend to my friends!

  • Unresponsive customer service

    I purchased a gift card from moola a while ago but when I login to my account now I can’t find it. I looked for a customer service number and couldn’t find any. Filled out a customer service form 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything from them. I wouldn’t feel comfortable buying from them anymore.

  • App works no good and customer service so poor

    Always put my order on pending, I celled my bank they said the app already took the money, so why the order still on hold???? Also, do not buy gift card on weekends, if there is something wrong, no customer service reply!!!!!
