    I bought now more than 5 giftcards now a few amazon and ebay ones, the amazon ones works great but the ebay ones were pending but I contacted their customer service who responded quickly, gave the order number and details and they were able to fix the problem. 10/10 customer service. 10/10 App. Highly reccomend

  • Customer support is nonexistent

    My very first order was flagged as suspicious. Reached out to the customer support immediately. It has been 4 days now, no reply at all, also the order was still in pending status (it said the order should get cancelled after 72 hours). Extremely disappointed.

  • like that other person said, great app when it works

    there are some gift cards that i can't change the info or balance on, or even delete them. it ends up making everything very confusing and hard to keep track of. sometimes when there is a software update that problem does not occur for the first few days after, but then goes right back to doing the same thing. i saw someone else had the same issue. if they know that's the issue then why not just issue out more software updates. like uber updates every week even if it's nothing noticeable. but like i said, great app, when it works.

    I literally open the app and it was glitched. Couldn’t click anything and it didn’t even work. Uninstalled it reinstalled it same thing.

  • Dual Sim support

    I have a dual sim iphone with foreign Sim card installed. Not working if the foreign sim is turned on. Why having this restriction?

    Moola is only available in Canada at this time, which may explain why you're experiencing difficulties with your foreign SIM card. We're sorry for your troubles and we hope you will try us again soon!
  • Useless-

    I took pictures of the front and back of my gift cards and scanned the barcodes using this app. I was given 3 for my birthday-then I log on the other day and my pictures are gone! now I have three gift cards that I can’t use because I don’t have the gift card numbers or the pins because my pictures disappeared! I contacted the app customer service and after many emails back and forth they never retrieve my pictures or tell me what happened to them. I am just told since I didn’t purchase the gift cards from Moola there’s nothing they can do and tell me to contact the gift card companies!? Now I’m out $200 worth of gift cards!!!! Thanks for the run around and no answers Moola. NOT PLEASED!!!
    Don’t trust this app to keep your information or photos. Waste of time. Beware

    Hi charliewhiskey1983, Thank you for taking the time to review our app and we're sorry that your experience wasn't great. We're glad to hear our Customer Service team tried to help retrieve the cards you'd uploaded to your Moola wallet. In instances where customers have not created an account and are using Moola anonymously, we are unable to assist in retrieving cards that were not purchased on our marketplace as that data is all stored locally on the device. As a result, we strongly suggest users save the physical gift cards as a backup in case an issue occurs with your device if they wish to use our service anonymously. Apologies again and thank you for using Moola.
  • Need improvement

    I am using dual SIM cards on my iPhone, one of them is not issued by a Canadian carrier.
    Though I am in Canada with my iPhone's region set to Canada, and using Internet service provided by a Canadian ISP, I can only see "No deals in my region".
    The only way to make this App work for me is to remove that SIM card not issued in Canada from my iPhone(glad that at least I don't have it as a built-in eSIM...), and reopen the App.
    Definitely needs improvement for this.

    App is broken. Takes directly to checkout with a random gift card right after opening the app. Fix it.
