Broken app and system needs an entire tech department to use properly
So I went to the hard drive on my TV and tried to figure out how to save the specific date so it doesn’t get recorded over. Absolutely impossible to figure out without a tech department. I still cannot figure it out. These are supposed to be 4K cameras. And the video footage I have is so grainy you can barely tell if it’s a woman or a man. I cannot tell the make or model of vehicle let alone the license plate. So how do these cameras help me now that I actually need the footage. Better to go to Best Buy and buy some more user friendly.
